Duffie was amazing! He came out on the same day I contacted him and he was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem with my dryer. Very professional and knowledgeable service. Would definitely recommend him!

This started out as a great experience and went completely the other way. Duffie Hayes responded quickly to my call and initially provided an estimate for repairing both the dryer and the washing machine. We paid for the service call and the parts to be ordered. Due to both holidays, the dryer part took a bit longer than usual. He was not getting a response about the washing machine part but scheduled a time to install the dryer part for today. Twenty minutes before he is due to arrive, I receive a text saying he would not be able to install the part and it was sitting by my front door! He said to "Just get someone else to install the door". I will await the refund for the washing machine part and if I do not receive it within 24 hours, I will report as a fraudulent charge. He did not respond to my phone call or text message.

The services performed by Duffie Hayes were impeccable. He was courteous, well knowledgeable and on time. He made my repairs in a timely manner which did not consume too much of my day. What stood out most was he cleaned the area he was working in - essentially leaving it as he found it. Lastly, he was affordable which made the repair an overall great experience. Will DEFINATELY use again and refer him to friends and family.
