Rio Construction did an amazing job and everything looks perfect. Adriano always responded to my questions immediately and there were no surprise costs. The work was completed very quickly. He is very friendly to work with and I would definitely recommend hiring him. I am also hiring him to do another project.

Outstanding - Adriano and his team did wonderful high quality work, they were flexible and very responsive. I would recommend them to anyone. We've worked with many contractors over the years and found Rios to be one of the best.

Adriano and his company Rio are the best company I have had the pleasure to work with. They came to my home because I hired a general contractor in Little River that misrepresent led their ability and even though I paid they did not and could not finish the contract...Rio came in...fixed the mistakes of a poor and negligent job and worked with us to set it right...save yourself the trouble of dealing with anyone else but Rio...their owner Adriano is an honorable contractor...15 out of the 10

Everything went amazing. I would definitely recommend Rio Construction. His crews went above and beyond and Adriano is always available to help. I have many more projects to be done and Adriano is our guy.

There were no issues, their estimates were accurate and fair, they were very timely, extremely responsive and communicated the scope of work exactly as planned. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again!

Rio Construction did excellent work, great communicators, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. We had them do four jobs - replace a water damaged exterior wall section, replace and paint the interior trim around a new door, replace tile in our entryway and around our fireplace, and replace and paint a number of sections of Hardie board siding. all jobs were done quickly and well. He highly recommend Rio Construction.

They were very punctual and courteous and wanting to please the customer. They cleaned up after they were all done. Was pleased with their work and how reliable they were.

Although I gave Rio Construction & crew an A for his work, I feel compelled to change that rating. I have recently noticed that the roof maybe leaking & have tried to get in touch with Adrian since late Sept. He gave me a year warranty on his labor & all I have asked is that he come by & take a look at the roof. He will not respond to my phone calls, texts or emails. That was never an issue before as you can see from my original review he responded promptly & is so unlike him compared to last year. Has anyone else had problems with him following up with his work if there is a problem?

It went extremely well. Adriano and his team are consummate professionals who we still trust with our vision and in our home. They are responsive, prompt, extraordinarily neat, and basically good people to work with when doing renovations. By the end of our project, we viewed our connection with Rio more like family than just a business transaction. We will always recommend and contact Rio first on any future needs!

Adriano was a pleasure to work with. I had my beach house completely renovated and was a bit concerned because I had never done a project like this before and being 3 hours away only added to my anxiety. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. All of the guys were extremely nice, very professional, and did excellent work. I would highly recommend them for any job you might have no matter how small or large. In fact I have a sister building a new house in the area in the near future and definitely pointing her in their direction. I

The builders of Rio Construction are very knowledgeable from framing and plumbing to hvac and electric. They built a staircase in the garage that goes up to a entry room, full bathroom, closet, and bonus room with access to large storage areas on both sides. They really maximized the space in the attic and brought my dream to fruition. It is absolutely gorgeous... I have been in and around construction my whole life and this was the best group of builders I have ever encountered. I would definitely recommend them and if I ever take on another project I know who to call. These guys definitely went above and beyond to bring my dream to fruition. They also have a wonderful cleaning crew as an added bonus. I just can't say enough good things about Rio Construction. Thank you all so much-

We couldn't be happier with our remodel performed by Rio Construction. In addition to high quality work, Adriano's team was incredibly responsive, flexible, and charged a fair price. We would highly recommend Rio Construction for an interior remodel.

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT!!! Adriano and Ramon and were amazing. They did a great job. We have a good size kitchen that required a lot of work. They are partners and work together like a fine tuned machine. Adriano is the "front guy" who handles all scheduling and communications. Ramon is the "hands on guy" who did labor along with a crew (plumbers, electricians, painters, etc.) whom he oversaw. Although Ramon could actually do any of these jobs. The quality of their work is beyond reproach. We mostly communicated via text and trust me we had a lot of communications! I'd say within 10 minutes I would have a response from Adriano. The same applied to our conversations. I always had a call back immediately (even from an airport one time). In addition to doing great work they came up with great ideas and solutions. For example we wanted a 30 cubit foot refrigerator but didn't want it protruding. If you've ever done a kitchen you know a counter depth refrigerator is very small. Ramon came up with a solution to recess it into our pantry which was behind the refrigerator. Then he reworked the pantry wall resulting in our losing very little space. Amazing! He came up with solutions for every obstacle we ran into. Both he and Adriano were never without a smile and beyond courteous and respectful. They also coordinated with our cabinet maker whom they recommended and was also awesome. This insured that we were not without a kitchen for an extended period of time. The demolition began when the cabinetry was ready for installation. They took all debris, appliances and cabinetry away. They showed up every day on time and worked a full day. They cleaned up after each day, put their things aside, swept and even mopped the floors if needed. Most importantly they are honest and spent considerable time in our home when we were not there and we had no worries about doing this. They supply all the labor in their pricing and provide receipts for all supplies. They do not inflate any costs. This required them to do all the running around for the supplies. They took this all off of our shoulders. They are so honest and above-board I never even looked at the receipts and just wrote them a check. Their work ethic is something you rarely see now-a-days. They really care about their customer being happy with their work. I was actually sad to say goodbye to them as it was such a pleasure doing business with them. We are no rookies to remodeling. This is the third kitchen we've gutted along with other home remodeling and this is the best experience we've ever had. I would trust them to do any job needed in our home and won't hesitate to call on them again. I just cannot say enough good things about Rio Construction and the quality of work they do!
