Rios Concrete Finishing

Felix installed my driveway last year. There were issues from the start. He did not have enough help. One helper for the prep work and 3 helpers( 1 had zero experience) for 25 yards of concrete. Did not compact the base. The results reflected the poor preparation and lack of sufficient help. I contacted Felix 3 weeks after the install regarding the defects. Initially he tried to blame the "mix" , but admitted the workmanship issues when I finally was able to have him come look at the driveway. He assured me that if the driveway progressively deteriorated he would return and correct the defects. I recorded our conversation. I contacted him -sent him photos-he does not want to know me--his word is worth nothing. He now tells me that I only had a one year warranty(1st time hearing that) despite the fact that I had him return within 3 weeks of installation and he witnessed and admitted there were installation issues--spalling--dimpling--wire coming through the surface--60 linear feet of cracks---HIRING FELIX IS A COMPLETE ROLL OF THE DICE****BUYER BEWARE*****

Excellent is all I can say. Highly recommend and will definitely use again for concrete service.

Excellent! We were very pleased. The price was reasonable. The workers were here when they said they would be and worked hard while on the job. They were good to communicate. They also cleaned things up nicely when finished. We would definitely recommend them.

Excellent work with a very good price. Felix is wonderful and will do just about anything you need done with concrete.
