Team was timely, communicated well, were professional and polite, cleaned up after selves, project completed within a week. Problems started when we had first rain, roof leaking, team came back out to fix - but still not fixed, came out again still not fixed, learned that Jack and his whole team had gone to New York from November - January. Team came and put a tarp over roof, they contacted a roofing company who came to give estimate - estimate sent to contractor who has gone silent since then.

Hiring this company was a total mistake! They built our 17x17 screened in porch in October 2023. It has leaked every single rainfall since! The porch gets soaked, the furniture and cushions have water pouring out of them. We are constantly moving furniture & cushions around, when rain is coming! The owner came out once in April 2024, admitted to the leakage and he put a tarp on my roof. Since then, we have called, sent text messages, videos, photos and he has done nothing! He actually asked me to pay another company to fix our roof! (For the record, we have proof of everything we are talking about.) In Oct 2024, it will be a year and no effort from him to fix the problem! If you read his bio, he speaks of quality. Sorry, but he is not backing up his statement!! Use your better judgement, DO NOT hire him or his company. He built a leaking porch roof! We are dissatisified with the work!

Took advantage of my elderly grandparents. He did a full deck there is so many issues with this and this man will not return her calls or texts. Now my grandfather is on hospice in home and us family came down the steps are a fall hazard and my family has tried to call him he does not answer DONT USE ITS A DISGRACE IM HERE SND I WILL BE GOING TO THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND HELP MY GRANDPARENTS YOU SHOULD BE FULLY ASHAMED OF YOURSELF

Very professional and quick to respond to my questions. Estimate was provided the next day and he all of my wants were included plus he made some nice suggestions. The final product is sturdy and looks nice. I have been enjoying my new deck. I will definitely hire this company again.

These guys did a wonderful job, and they are very reliable. Our deck is great, and I would use them again for anything. They also put a fence and arbor up for me, and it is beautiful.
