Great service, quality, responsiveness, and accommodation. Carlos fixed our central AC and vent unit outside business hour to ensure we get the ac up and running ASAP. I am very happy with their service. They are quick to respond to your questions, come to do the job almost the same day you call, and their prices are very competitive. Specifically, I called them to do a deep cleaning of the indoor splits and outdoor condenser, which they left as new. From now on I will only call them.

Mr. Carlos, from Rite Temp HVAC LLC was just like any other person servicing our home (average) but once we paid for his service and had some questions, he became very disrespectful and unprofessional. A few days later, we started having difficulties with the repair he did and told him to please come back to check/fix anything he might have overlooked, he just said he could come, but only to give us an estimate for a new service call. I believe Mr. Carlos does not take pride in his job and cannot keep his word; since he did promise to be reliable, honest, efficient and to give him a call if anything he did went wrong or did not fulfill our expectations. Since Mr. Carlos did not keep his promise and did not keep his word, I would never, ever recommend this unprofessional, disrespectful person to anyone.

not well at all! I emailed and never received a response. I called the business 12 hours later the person called me back after i started to leave a massage on my phone. The person was so unprofessional on the phone i had to just state that i made a mistake and decide to call someone else which i did. the business i called after contacting Rite Temp HVAC LLC lack of professionalism, showed in an hour and was a complete pleasure to have someone locally show and deal with my concerns. the conversation i had with the person representing Rite Temp i would never allow them to enter my home where my family lives i could've have had a very disturbing occurrence with that person.
