Ron was great - came out super quickly, was totally honest about what we could do ourselves and not need to hire him for, gave us advice for a bunch of random stuff and solved our kitchen-lighting problem handily. He was really pleasant to work with, I'll hire him for my next thing and I'd recommend him to anyone.

I'll start with the good: Ron was very pleasant, kind and professional. He is also a good electrician and the price was reasonable. Ron was even willing to add insulation in an interior wall for free. Now the not so good: The drywall itself was ok but there were areas that clearly did not get taped as well as some exposed streaks of mud. Finally there's the texture...oh the texture. It is awful. Light in some places, heavy to the point of dripping in others. A window and two vent openings did not get taped so there's texture in the vents, through doorways in the bathroom, there was no tarp put down so it's all over the floor. The employees left tracks of mud upstairs and got it on a handful of things in the garage. Total lack of pride, care or thought. After it was done, Ron admitted that it was not good. To his credit he came back to try and "fix it" but was unwilling to do much beyond some minor touchups. I will now have to hire someone else to texture correctly.

Ron gave me a call in the morning about my project which I explained. It was a small project. He had an open window in his schedule and was out to do the work within an hour. Although my project was small, Ron gladly accepted the work for the hourly rate that I expected plus parts cost. Most big box stores or independents have minimum costs or do only work by the bid, which was to costly for me. Ron completed the work, promptly, professionally and with good quality. Riteway Electrical is also a BBB accredited A+ organization. Thanks Ron.

Ron showed up 15 minutes before he said he'd be there, they did all the work quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after. I was impressed with how polite and friendly he was, and his explanations were easy to understand and right to the point. I will certainly use his companies services in the future. Smooth as silk and I was satisfied with his work. Ron Shorter (Master Electrician) and his two apprentices were prompt. They were presented with five tasks that they were able to get wrapped up in about three hours. The outlets now work, the light dims, the fan works, the outlet box will now stay in the wall and the new outlet in the garage was long overdue. During the course of the morning I couldn't help but overhear when Ron was coaching his workers with the various tasks. Not only is Ron an accomplished electrician, he is also a great teacher and mentor. I would hire Ron again. Dan

We encountered irregularities in the home's electrical system, which Riteway was able to correct or work around. End result: Job to re-install circuit for electric range was well done with quite good response time.

Ron did a fantastic job. He went through the process and strategy thoroughly with me, was upfront, and very knowledgable about the complicated issue and what it might take to fix it. He fixed the problem after much analysis and testing, upgraded the components and left me completely satisfied with the fix! I also really enjoyed the fact that he an understudy here with him learning a great trade and enhancing that young man's future. Riteway does things the rite way!!

I wish A+ was an overall rating selection because this company went above and beyond what we had initially hired them for and didn't charge us for the extra work! I can truly say that if any more electrical work needs to be done on our home this is the only company we will be working with. They were very professional pulled all the right permits called the electrical company and had all the right equipment on hand. They kept me informed through the whole process because I was the one who initially hired them but wasn't able to be there because I was at work. My boyfriend called after they left bragging about the amazing work they did and thanking me for finding them. He has asked me if I did a review yet every single day since they completed the job. "THEY DID SUCH AN AMAZING JOB OTHER PEOPLE NEED KNOW THEY ARE THE ELECTRICIANS TO HIRE FOR ANY JOB. He also brought up how friendly and easy going they were. So I would strongly encourage anyone who is in doubt about which electrical company this is the one!! Thank you for all your work, and coming out literally the next morning because of the emergency status on the job (Our house had the left leg out, which means we only had half power, with none of the major appliances working).
