The shower door is beautiful! They were prompt, professional and responsive. And, they really stand by their work. They originally installed a small chrome connector at the bottom of the door which was aesthetically pleasing, but after some time the door had some slight movement. River Glass Designs came right back out, removed the connector and installed a different type which is guaranteed not to move at all. We couldn't be happier and definitely recommend this company.

I purchased 8 glass shelves from River Glass. I first contacted them via email to get an estimate and then placed the order via email. The entire experience was great, though there were a few logistical issues with getting the shelves delivered. Approximately two weeks after my order an employee called me and said they were ready and would like to deliver them today. Him and I worked out a time in the afternoon that would work for me so that I could be home to receive the shelves. Midmorning the delivery driver called me and said that he was on the way to my house to deliver the shelves and that he would be there in 20 minutes. I told him that another employee and I agreed that the shelves would be delivered in the afternoon when I would be home. The delivery drive at first was not ok with this arrangement and said that he was in the area and needed to deliver these now and that if I wasn't home he could just leave them on my door step. I was not comfortable with this arrangement because they were expensive pieces of glass and they were very fragile. He told me that he would have to call his supervisor and he would call me back. After waiting a couple of hours without hearing from the driver I went home for the originally scheduled delivery and the shelves were delivered at the tail end to slightly after the delivery window. This caused a minor headache on delivery day but other then that I had a great experience with River Glass and the quality of the shelves is awesome. Their price was much better than any other estimate I received.

The installed mirrors in a tiny space for me which were made to measure. They did great work and I am very happy with them.  <br /> I had a difficult time find ones who can do that project for me and I appreciate that they came when they said they would. They worked with my schedule to set up a time.

We had them redo one of them because the design, when it was put in, wasn't exactly what we wanted.

I was able to visit the local showroom to see examples of different options and was given a rough estimate based on the size required and the choices we made. An appointment was scheduled for someone to do an on site measurement and the final contract was emailed to me. After signing the contract and paying a deposit of 50%, the fabrication was scheduled to take two weeks.  There was a delay of 2 days on the installation. They were also a couple of hours late arriving to do the installation on the rescheduled day. Installation was good with a minor mistake that they immediately came back and corrected after being called about it. I noticed afterwards that the door was not installed to swing inward as well as outward as I requested. I think this could be changed if I called them back again but I have decided to use it as is. <br />
