Alejandro did fantastic at replacing out defrost board on our heat pump. He showed up early as stated & made sure everything worked. I will for sure use Riverside again, we have had so many companies work on this unit the last few years & finally someone fixed it. It's working better then it has since we moved in 4 years ago!! I had a really good experience with Riverside Comfort Care. From the first interaction, the team was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. Came day snow storm was coming. Knew I was screwed and charged me $450 for service call and $5 capacitor. Absolutely unethical. Said we have to up charge. Bullshit. Nothing but a gang of thieves. They knew they had me and they screwed me good.

Absolutely unethical people. When I spoke to Maria, she did not mention any after hour charge for the work and then they added the charge anyway despite me pointing out this fact to them. Their brochure says they have 5 years of business experience and when they got to my house, said they had been in bus for about 1 and 1/2 to 2 years. When Alejendro and Logan came by they acted like they had no idea of the cost for the work which they charged $450 afterwards - after the "$50" discount. These people in my opinion are dishonest and untrustworthy. Beware if you use them for anything. I would nit recommend them or call them back for any further work. There are cheaper alternatives out there which I should have explored - hopefully my mistake will not be yours. For their greed, they get no more busnir recommendations from me. Good riddance. They are lucky to get 1 star if that stands for no good - very unfair people.

The $450 charge (with $50 discount) reflects the overtime and skilled work involved, plus costs like the $100 Google lead fee we paid to connect with you, $40 in sales tax, and the $100k+ investment in vans, tools, insurance, and everything else required to safely send out licensed techs?it's not about greed, but covering the real expenses of providing urgent, professional service on short notice. We're committed to being honest and trustworthy in everything we do, and I'm disappointed that wasn't your perception?we never intend to mislead anyone. While there may be cheaper alternatives out there, they often can't match the speed and quality of sending a licensed pro right away for urgent needs like yours. Since our front office didn't disclose the after-hours fee price upfront, I'd like to refund your after-hours fee to make this right."

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received! The team came out to install a large heat-pump package unit, and from start to finish they were nothing but professional, efficient, and incredibly clean with their work.
They showed up on time, were well-prepared, and handled a big job like true experts. The installation was done neatly, everything was explained to me clearly, and they made sure the entire area was spotless before they left. It’s rare to find a company that takes this much pride in doing things the right way.
If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled heating and air company that delivers quality workmanship and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend them. They truly went above and beyond, and I’m extremely satisfied with the end result! 10 stars!

Absolutely thankful for this company! When requesting at quote at 930pm and receiving a call within a few minutes and getting someone out the very next day was amazing! We had a major mess up from someone else and they were able to come out and get everything fixed within 24 hours. 100% recommend this company for any heating and air services . We got my minisplit installed within just a few hours. We are beyond satisfied!!

Sent out two young technicians that couldnâ t figure out how to remove and replace the thermocouple. They ended up calling it quits charged a $80 service charge for showing up and wasting over an hour of our time. Took apart a lot of stuff that didnâ t need to be messed with and wasnâ t able to take apart what needed to be done. Only wrench seen pulled out of tool bag was a crescent. Luckily they didnâ t strip out the heads of the fasteners too bad. Serious lack of experience and knowledge. Had to hire a second company to come out who was able to have it fixed in under 30 minutes and got the old furnace back working.

Project: Install a new HVAC for upstairs. Kevin came Friday afternoon to evaluate our needs and quoted me the pros/cons/prices for two different brands of HVAC. I selected the Goodman units and we agreed on installation to begin the following Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. with an estimate of 5 hours for completion. He arrived a few minutes early on Tuesday and completed the installation an hour ahead of schedule. He and his helper were very professional, courteous and helpful. The results have surpassed my expectation.
