Responsive and professional. My toilet had a leak at the base - Robert identified the problem immediately and had technician there the following morning. The technician fixed the leak. The job was clean and efficient.

We had the team instal 2 Toto toilets. it included adding electrical outlets and tying in new plumbing valves. They did tremendous work. Cleaned up after themselves and had the insurance we needed for the building. Being able to do a bit of everything made them great value and easy to coordinate. Highly recommend. communicated mostly over text but could not fault.

The igniter on one of the burners doesn’t work. I bought the part and paid $350, but nothing was fixed. The work left a gap between the wall and my oven, and now I’m expected to pay another $450 to correct and complete the repair.
