Douglas was very professional with all his work. Communication was very clear and he knew exactly what to do for all 3 of my jobs 1st he patched the holes in my drywall and textured it came out perfect. 2nd he installed a new ceiling fan now issues what so ever. The he was able to install the new front screen door that was supposed to fit but he made it work and he even had to manufacture a piece of wood to close a small fan…(it came out soooo good!) My wife and I are very happy with his professionalism and the detail in his work. Thank you Douglas for a job well done.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They did incredible work. They really took their time to make sure they did quality work ensuring I was happy with the finished product. I bought a porch swing hoping it would go on my ceiling. But Douglas informed me it was not possible with my aluminum ceiling in my backyard. He recommended creating a wood beams and poles to hold the swing, He helped with all the wood we had to get and made sure it was sturdy and stable. I am extremely happy with the work they did and I highly recommend.

Douglas and his team did an amazing job! The work was super clean, no wires showing, totally level and centered. Our tv is quite large and heavy, never any concern on our part. We really enjoyed interacting with them, consistently ensuring we were happy with their progress every step of the way. The best part, we reached out and received same day service!!! We would highly recommend for any electrical work!

My boyfriend and I are literally in shock at the results! Riverside Handyman Services did an incredible job at replacing our bathroom door as well as repairing the framing around it. I had a mixed experience with Douglas. The curtain rods were not hung straight. No tools were used such as a stud finder or measurement tool. The wall-affixed garden hose was drilled in the wrong place and a second hole needed to be made into the side of my home. Caulking was used to fill the hole but damage was done. I recommend getting an in-person estimate from Douglas for your repairs. Fee $400 covered book shelf reinforcement, hang 4 curtain rods, hang 3 large frames, affix 2 retractable garden hoses to sides of home.

Douglas Toledo did so many jobs in my new townhouse and turned it into my home. From garage racks for increased storage to the wine rack you see in the picture. The wine rack settled to where it wasn’t square by a fraction and Douglas warranties his work and did the work to make it square at no cost. I give Douglas my highest recommendation possible. You will be very happy and satisfied with his work.

They were great very explanatory on what they were doing. Took pictures before and after gave me information on the roof I definitely am going to hire them again because I need a little more sandbags until I can afford a roof so I chose them.
