We are local contractor that has been serving the Chicagoland Area and Central Illinois Area since 2008. Our main areas of expertise is in Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Windows, Doors, and Trim work of Residential and Commercial properties. We specialize in working with insurance companies to help property owners recoup their losses due to storms and natural disasters. We guide the property owner from start to finish. We help start the claim process. Meet with the insurance company adjuster to ensure they have included everything that needs to be repaired due to storm damage. We make all the repairs necessary to the property described in the Insurance Estimate. Also bill or invoice the insurance company for all work done to ensure the property owner receives the remainder of the money owed to complete the repairs.

Our home had some minor but noticeable storm damage on the siding and the window trim from a rain and hail storm that occurred about 11 months prior.  We also had a small leak noticed on interior ceiling which was due to damage on roof from storms and ice. <br /> Our home was actually located over 2 and a half hours away from their typical service area, but we had seen River Valley Exteriors  previous work and heard about how quick, efficient, and detailed clean-up after projects this company was.  We really wanted to use them. The company River Valley Exteriors came in and walked us through the entire process.  They helped us with the paperwork and calling the insurance company. Their team was extremely professional and set a reasonable expectation for a timeline to follow.  They also showed us all the products and colors available allowing us to make a choice of what we wanted on our home.  The offered educated suggestions and provided us with examples. We are extremely pleased with the results.  We would recommend using this company without a doubt and would use them again should we need them in the future. <br />

River Valley Exteriors was an expert at responding to all the questions we had regarding the products and process that we were going to follow to have the work done on our property.  Mr. Milligan was very easy and professional to work with. He assisted us every step of the way from paperwork and phone calls to helping us pick out new colors and had wonderful suggestions when it came to picking out roof and siding colors that worked well together.  This property looks so much more appealing now than it did before.  We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend using this company for any of your siding and roofing needs. <br />
