Said it would be $59 to come take a look. That somehow got tripled and he didn’t do any work. Said it was for his time but he was only here for an hour and 10 min. His fees are ridiculously high. Called other plumbers and they were all half his price. Went with someone else who is way more professional and did a great job.

pros: showed up on time, personable, seemed willing to help cons: charged far too much especially when they failed to diagnose/fix the issue (over $300/hr), failed to validate warranty for parts they installed themselves, and failed to completely secure parts leaving missing screws on the floor. I had to do the repairs myself ($60 part which took 10 minutes to install and should have been under warranty) and will never allow them in my home again. advice: if you actually use these guys make sure you secure their hourly rate up front and get copies of the receipts for any parts they install. most plumbing supply companies will only validate warranties through a licensed plumber with a copy of the purchase receipt.

Highly recommend Bob! Punctual, professional, reasonably priced and pleasant to deal with. You won't be disappointed. Had my leaky water heater replaced in less than a day. Arrived at my house within an hour of calling to give me a quote. Great experience overall!

Did excellent work. Cleaned up after him. Had to have return and replace wall tiles that wasn't flush. He responded timely, made the repair within an hour. Would recommend and use him again.

I found Bob when i had a backed up.drain pipe. He responded in 30 minutes, and had the problem solved. Since then he has installed a water purification system and is doing other projects in my home. Cant say enough about Bob and the quality of work he does.

My house is very old and tricky but he figured out the problem and fixed it for a very fair price. He also came back the next day and did a great job cleaning everything up. I’ll definitely be using him again in the future!

I needed cabinets installed in my garage. Because it was not a big job, I was having a hard time finding someone that would take the time out to do this small job. My daughter recommended Bob since he had previously done work for her and she was extremely satisfied with his work. She called Bob and he came over the next afternoon as promised. Bob also called prior to let me know he was on his way. I am very satisfied with the installation of the garage cabinets. He was very professional and completed the work in a short amount of time. He was also very reasonable on the price. I will be hiring him in the near future to install a water softener.

Not good. They overcharged and work was left incomplete because they did not have the parts to finish .. a small elbow joint / connector ... wanted to go and get the part and charge for at least another hour of service @$150+ rate. Insisted on paying him $600 for a simple incomplete job. Strongly recommend that you establish the total cost of work before you ok the start of work with this plumber or any other so you are not surprised or taken for what they wish to charge you ... the initial $100 is just a gimmick to get you trapped and then charge you exhorbitantly later. Very unprofessional service.

excellent! RJ was so responsive and professional. called me back right away, once we connect he was here the next day and was in and out quickly. Seems like many business owners don't respond or arent professional these days, so i greatly appreciated both. Will be calling RJ again for any future plumbing needs.
