Great work

Installation of Home cameras. Rob is a standup guy. Very reputable. I have referred him to other clients as well and they were all happy with him .

The original instal went good since was new home construction. They were rushed by home builder to complete task. Basically 3 day install into 2 days. Came back to residence once home was complete to check system for any issues. Have come back twice with minor issues that they corrected on a timely manner. I will say one thing. Purchase What you can afford. If you want high end stuff then be expected to pay. Don’t pay little and expect the best. Compare apples to apples. I choose them and got What I paid for. I feel comfortable that my system for several years will be state of the art.

Rob did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!! His pricing was very fair and competitive. He gave insight into what we needed, but did not try and “sell” us on features we did not need. He came up with practical and economical solutions. He was super responsive and got things done efficiently. I have already recommended him to others and will continue to do so. If you need an alarm or video monitoring system. Rob is the person to cal!

Install was quick, no issues. The issue is with the customer service and proof of purchase. From the beginning, it took almost a month to get directions on how to use them. It took 3 weeks to have a camera replaced. I requested that a camera be adjusted due to the fact that the lens is picking up part of the casing/housing which creates the effect of a glare. The image was blurred which defeats the purpose of having security cameras to begin with. Installer doesn't reply to emails or replies many days later. The Installer doesn't keep his word when he says he will come by to address my issues, I feel that the installer could at least call, text, or email that they won't be able to make it and need to reschedule. 2 other camera's in total have now gone down, It's been 2 weeks of false promises to address the latest issue. Both times he has used "drastic excuses" of why he hasn't able to come and fix the cameras. I have been more than patient and the customer service is severely lacking. I shouldn't feel like I'm the bad guy because I have legitimate complaints. I paid $3,200 for I was told were 8 4K 8MP HI Def Cameras. I also feel that this installer should have provided proof to me, that the cameras he installed were actually 8Mp 4k as he claims. I wasn't provided with any literature, serial or model numbers. Now I'm concerned that I've been a victim of fraud. If issues aren't addressed in the very near future, I will contact the NYS Attorney General's Office. I only hired him because of your recommendation. I have been more than patient.

Initially, I thought I was getting a professional based on the reviews on this site. It turns out I was so badly mistaken. I have given RJC multiple occasions to redeem himself and his company, stand by his work and at minimum maintain some professional pride in his work. Unfortunately, he has failed miserably and shown me that he is not someone to be trusted or hire for any work. The saga began when I hired him to install security cameras at one property in Brooklyn. He came by, got paid and did the job. The cameras worked, however, he left a complete mess with the camera cables tangled up with my router/phone/modem/power cords. The box for the cameras/DVR was left behind and the wire ties kicked to the side. IT WAS A COMPLETE MESS!!!! See attached picture from 8/2018. Needless to say, I called him back and immediately, he began to tell me it was my fault. How? I am not sure. His premise was that there was already a tangle of wires. What????? My response was how did he manage to get the security camera wires completely tangled with the other wires so much so that I could not even begin to disentangle them. He did come back and untangle the mess and properly secure the camera cables with ties. It was a definite improvement. So I figured, well let me give him another chance and maybe this initial episode was a temporary glitch. After all this is a company with a 4.8 star review. I hired him for a second job at another property. Several canceled appointments later (for reasons that sounded bogus) he was able to come. As part of the deal he was to install five cameras at this site and return to the initial property and install an additional camera. He installed the five cameras, collected the majority of money owed and left. The day after he left, one of the cameras went dark and NEVER EVER worked again. I called him and he got nasty. As if I had a reason to sabotage his work. All I ever wanted was working cameras. To this date (three months later) he has never returned to troubleshoot the camera and it remains non-functional. Furthermore, to add insult to injury, he never completed the job to install another camera in the initial property. Essentially he took the bulk of the money ($100 remaining) and disappeared. Numerous phone calls (unanswered, of course), text messages (intermittently he will reply with promises of coming), emails (no response), he HAS NOT returned to complete the job. It is as if he has no pride in his work. All I want is working cameras and a completed job. It cannot be too much to ask. I have not treated him with disrespect and in fact, gave him two jobs. I have waited months to write this review because I couldn't believe that the person I met was this unprofessional, especially having found him through this website. Needless to say, I am disgusted. Be wary of Mr Robert Cacciola. I STRONGLY DON'T RECOMMEND HIM.
