Terrible, took him weeks as he kept leaving and returning a week or so later to continue his work and work done was done poorly and doubled charged me ..

They sent two guys who worked very well. We ended up adding to list because they were so efficient.

.They were pretty good. I won't use them again because I found a regular handyman that charges me $30 an hour no matter what it is, and he is better than those guys and does more things. But what they did and what I hired them for they were fine.

It was OK, he did a good job. He installed an overhead microwave for me. However, I purchased two hours or four hours of work and he was only there half the time. He was suppose to reschedule that time with me. I did get a good deal because to get the microwave done would have cost me more by itself, but I still didn't get the full value of the deal. I didn't grade him bad or anything because it was still a pretty good deal for what I got done, but I still never got those two hours. He did a good job and it was still a pretty good deal, I just think he should have followed up and gave me those two hours I paid for. I reached out to him a couple times but then I ended up moving back to Ohio. They came and did the microwave and said they would book the other two hours at a later date because they were to busy but I tried a couple times to get them to come back out and it just didn't work out. If someone purchases a specific amount of time they should be able to accommodate that time in full or follow up with them to complete the service so the customer doesn't feel they got short charged. They did a good job installing the microwave. He was on time.

I wish you would have been more specific with your comments because you and I talked the whole time I was there and you seemed very happy and never indicated there was a problem at all. I thought everything turned out well for what I had to do and considering you didn't have all the materials needed to complete the job perfectly. Both security cameras were installed and working great. Sorry you weren't happy. Anytime a customer isn't happy if they tell me I will bend over backwards to make them happy, just give me a chance."

Handyman called and made appointment. Came on time, assembled items with a minimum of fuss, completed job quickly, no problems, no mess. Very pleased with assemblies and professionalism of handyman.

Took over 4 hrs to paint a wall approximately 4' x 14' And could not finish in 1 day returned a week later to finish and hang the tv (too high) started to change the he faucet, but had to leave again. A week later returned to finish the faucet and had him lower the tv . He charged me for an additional 4 hours. Not happy about that, but did pay it. After a few days passed I noticed his paint job neede a touch up, nothing major, but too high for me to reach, a week later he showed up and touched it up. Each time I had everything ready to go for him to do the job. Very inconvenient, took too long and way over the amount it should have been and each time was at least an hour later than the scheduled time
