I have used them for several years for windows and gutters. I have a big house and pay more with their coupon...which I don't mind. They did my gutters last week...they left the garbage bags with the gutter sludge in my driver (very smelly). I had to transfer it myself to a paper bag for pickup. They also left a lot of it on the lawn. They also tightened my garden hose so tight my husband had to use a vice grip to open the valve...needless to say it broke. So now I have to call a plumber to fix it because nothing at the local hardware store doesn't fit. I had no running water outside for the weekend. When I called the office the young lady stated for me to call the guy in charge of the crew and she was sorry that happened. When I texted the guy in charge all he said was sorry about that...did not offer to fix it. I asked for the owners name and number and was told we don't break faucets...paid $200 plus the coast of a plumber.

They were supposed to come out just for a quote, and they came out and gave me a good deal if I was willing to do the work that day. I agreed on the condition I would get the same price going forward. They put it in writing and did a good job on windows. I realized later they broke my screen sliding window. When I called them to come back out later for the agreed price, they cancelled on me twice and then didn’t return my calls!!

They were suppose to be at the house at 11:30.  At 11:50 I called the office because they weren't there.  She told me she would call the crew.  She called me back to say they would be there at 2:30.  I said 2:30, that is 3 hours late! She said they had a job that morning that had 140 windows that they didn't know they were going to have.  I said how you can have a job that big and not know it! Also she would have never called to tell me they were going to be late because the only reason she knew was because I called looking for them. She asked if I wanted to cancel and I said no because I took off work that day!  Then they come at 2:30 and the price was suppose to be $5 a window.  He said if I wanted the screens cleaned it was an extra $1 per window.  I told him I specifically asked the question when I scheduled the appointment does that include cleaning the screens and she said yes.  I don't have a problem paying an extra $1 per screen but I do have a problem being told it would be one price and then being told another price when they arrived.  They would not honor the price given to me over the phone.  They did a good job cleaning the windows but I won't use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone.  Horrible customer service. <br />

<p>Crew arrived 1 and 1/2 hours late. Did not call or respond to message that I left regarding them being late.</p> <p>Did a great job on windows. Pressure washing not so good. One manager insisted that it was done as well as possible.</p> <p>Other manager agreed to come back and do pressure washing over. Second time around the pressure washing was done properly.</p> <p>Very unpleasant experience with first manager. Ask for Manuel if you use this company.</p> <br />

I called during the week to set up the work and they offered me 3PM on the coming Saturday which surprised me because I was not expecting weekend availability. That was a plus. <br /> I did not get the names of the guys, but they showed up very early - like 20 or more minutes early. I don't mind that, but I had been out and when I returned 15 minutes before 3, they were at the house waiting for me. <br /> They were professional, courteous, fast, and all of my windows are looking great. I think they were in the house for less than 45 minutes. <br /> I was very pleased with the service and recommend them. I expect to be calling them back in the fall. <br />

I called about having the windows washed on Monday. and Oscar and Ruben were here bright and early Tuesday morning, actually a little earlier than I'd expected (WOW who complains about that!) <br /> They looked over the job and helped me move some big stuff out of the way of the windows. <br /> They put a ladder up to the outside (the way my father used to) and scrubbed the windows with a sponge <br /> Then removed the water with a squeegee <br /> They were here a bit over 4 hours and my windows--which had not been washed in years!--sparkle! <br /> Remember the old windex commercials.. make windows seem to disappear? <br /> Yep that's these windows. and no windex, by the way. <br /> I wish I had taken a before picture where you could hardly see outside if the angle was right (wrong). <br /> And there's no point in an after picture.. you can't see the glass! <br /> I do have to put the stuff back where it was. But that's not a problem. <br /> Definitely will hire them again. AND highly recommend them! <br />

I had read that these people were late. I had a 1200 appointment. They called once at 1:15 to say they would be there at 2:00. It was almost 3pm before they showed up. It was a BAD start since I had plans for later in the day. But they did an excellent, swift job at about 1/2 the price I'd paid before. I'd probably use them again but would know that I needed to be very flexible about time of arrival.

Overall good job, no problems. 'B' for quality because they left spider web in window frame... I understand they're only hired to clean window glass only, but thought if they saw cobweb it's not big deal to remove it. 'B' for responsiveness because they didn't come on original date planned. Alfredo says he called but I never got message and number never appeared on my called id. Overall work was done well and I would use them again. Thanks!

They arrived right on time and began working immediately. We have a very tall house; they brought ladders and worked as a team.

On the phone R and J said it would cost $60 to clean my gutters. When the two men arrived they told me that if I wanted the roof swept off it would cost an additional $70. In the past when I had someone clean my gutters it included sweeping off the roof. I also had to lend them my blower to get the leaves etc. off the roof. <br /> <br /> The men also started cleaning my windows at $5.00 a window. When it started to rain they had to quit and leave the window screens out on the floor or ground outside and the furniture moved out. They said they would come back on Labor Day and they did. They finished the job and put everything back in place and the windows looked great. <br /> I would use them again for my windows but not for the gutters as I feel that they should have told me the total price on the phone.

No problem setting up the appointment. The day of the appointment the workers showed up almost two hours late. I'm not sure they would have shown up at all if I hadn't called. It was apparent they were not aware of all the work I had requested be done as I had to request the screen cleaning and gutter cleaning again. The quality of the work was excellent; however, the confusion re: time and services will send me to a different contractor next year.

They do a super job cleaning and flushing the gutters. They also bagged and threw away the yucky contents of the gutters. The windows sparkled after they came. The staff is friendly and efficient. I have a hose attached to the spigot that is long enough to reach the rooftop and that's what they used. They had their own ladders and even brought old grocery bags to hold the debris they removed from the gutters.

They did a really good job. They were able to come out within a couple days of when I had called them. They were able to accomodate me when I asked if I could get my gutters cleaned too. They cleaned up after themselves. They did the work quickly and efficiently.

It was incredible. Rand J arrived exactly on time and began removing screen and window inserts as I walked them through the house. There were 3 workers and they were completely finished in a little over 2 hours. I have a big house, with lots of windows, including the one in the room with a cathedral ceiling. I will use them many more times I'm sure and have already begun recommending them to my friends.

They did a great job. Their staff was very nice.

Three gentlemen who preformed EXCELLENT work! I look forward to seeing them next year.

The price was very reasonable. They worked very efficiently. The only issue was they were late for the job. They did not call and tell me they would be running late. Otherwise, they were excellent and did a good job. I was able to get an appointment within a week.

Two neighbors were having their windows cleaned on the day I arrived home early from work and the work crew of two readily agreed to clean my windows/screens also. They were very hard workers, and worked quickly and efficiently as a team. The windows/screens were spotless when they completed their work which took about 35 minutes in all.
