The guys at R&J were first rate. Worked diligently to solve a fit problem with the space for the microwave and made it work just right. Very please with their work and the outcome of the project.

5 stars for Cristian and R&J Preventative Maintenance!!! I was very distressed, because my refrigerator stopped working suddenly. I contacted R&J and they sent Cristian to help me. I cannot say enough about him! Not only was he prompt, professional, efficient, and highly effective in the performance of his job, he also took the time to educate me on my refrigerator and how to avoid future problems. Cristian knows what he's doing and was a joy to work with. Kudos to his customer service :) The next time I need support with my appliances, I will definitely be calling R&J again and requesting Cristian!

I needed the refrigerant in my HVAC system refilled and Juliano and Richard were quick to respond and very professional. They inspected the system and completed the job in one day. Very satisfied with work performed.

R&J repaired the ignition switch on my range cooktop. They were prompt, courteous and explained every step in the process.

He did the job and it ended up being $200 (40%) more than the quote, although it seems like maybe it was more complicated than he anticipated. He did drop the vent onto the stove (he hadn't properly secured it to the wall). Everything worked fine, although there was a minor scratch on the vent (it was a new install). I would have appreciated a discount after that or at least to honor the original quote.

They came to the rescue in the fastest response time. Both Richard and Juliano were pros at repairing my fridge. They knew the issue even even before they got here! Most importantly they’re no BS fellas - explained the situation without selling me stuff I didn’t need.

They were able to send someone for same-day diagnostics and even suggested starting the repair within two business days — which is extremely rare. They contacted me right away and quickly scheduled an appointment to fix my stove top. Rich was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He showed me and explained to me the repair needed and gave me a quote which I accepted. He efficiently finished the repair and showed me how everything was working. Also gave me a 90 day guarantee on the repair. Very knowledgeable and professional. Would use again and recommend to others.

I would recommend R&J Preventative! My oven went out and I needed it fixed right away. The big appliance store where we bought it (five years ago) said they could come after Christmas :( I'm happy to say it's already fixed! As soon as I submitted an inquiry through Angi last night, I got a call right away from the owner. He was super understanding and polite. He sent a technician first thing this morning. The technician was friendly, polite and professional. He showed me everything he was doing. I will call R&J the next time I need help. (They fix pretty much everything!) I appreciate the calls and texts I got from the other contractors through Angi, but am happy with the work that R&J provided.
