have been working with Ralph & john for the last 8 years on all my renovation projects and could not be happier. They're extremely knowledgeable, professional, fair with pricing and always available to answer any of my questions. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a licensed electrician. You won't regret it.

My experience w/ Ralph Russo (the owner) was extremely pleasant. I will admit he gave me a phenomenal price, so please don't think he does all that work for that low of a price all the time. I recently purchased a home that needs an extreme renovation in the near future and I used that as a negotiating tool. His crew is very thorough and Ralph is willing to explain what needs to get done and what isn't necessary. After my experience w/ him and his guys I will definitely be using his services in the future and I will be willing to pay the normal price. He recently quoted me for additional work and his normal prices are extremely fair.

The project started off well enough with an initial estimate of $4,800 dollars that was negotiated to $4,500 with an estimated time of no more than four days (the final job actually only took two). The exterior installations went well enough; however the indoor was was performed rather poorly. The area was left messy, the wiring really wasnt replaced as requested and the materials seemed used. Fir example, the wall outlets were spray painted white from their original black (which we learned from the spray paint marks on the lawn). In addition, he had to come back twice to fix the work that wasnt completed correctly the first time around. The straw that broke the camels back is when we overheard the boss talking to his workers, not knowing we were sitting inside the house right by an open window. complaining to them how we should expect to pay top dollar since "we have such a nice house". We werent thrilled to learn that we were over-charged simply due to our address.

Properly diagnosed that the problem was with the "red phase" from the utility company. R.J. Russo contacted the utility company and explained the problem.

Never had a problem. All work was performed to my satisfaction.

I felt very comfortable with R J. He seemed to be pretty honest. He got the lights on now which is great. I really did not have any problems at all. I guess you could say that they was okay.

Service was very quick and professional.

I called Russo and was called back immediately. I was told who would come and the approx. time he would arrive.

They were pleasant and reasonable on price.

R J RUSSO IS A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND THEY GET THE JOB DONE IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. THEY DO VERY, VERY GOOD WORK, that is TOP QUALITY. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

THE WORK OF THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD, I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS OR PROBLEMS, I HAVE REFERRED THEM TO MY FRIENDS AND THEY HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AS WELL.

THIS COMPANY IS BETTER THAN GOOD. THEY DO A GREAT JOB AND THEY ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD. THEY DID THE JOB FOR LESS MONEY THAN OTHERS AND GOT IT FINISHED QUICKER THAN OTHERS PROMISED. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO ALL OF THE PEOPLE I KNOW.
