"It's a shame to read your review [Member Name Removed]since my attitude was always to help you, and I think it's fair that you mention things as they really happened. You bought your material, you chose it, I just helped you pick it up and I did the installation, to all this since you called me I told you I was in California when I returned to Georgia you sent me your home address and I went to see what it was the problem. To my surprise I notice that the piece that you say is lifting is missing a small part because they rolled something on it and hit it, I explained all that to you and I also told you that the only way to fix that was to change the piece but it would be needed more material oh put a little cookin on it, but you wanted me to buy the necessary floor and that did not proceed because the problem was not installation, the problem was damage caused and even so I was always willing to help you without receiving 1 dollar more, Then you told me that you wanted someone else to review the work, I told you, no problem, look for the person and let me know why in a week I am going out of the country and I return x day and I never heard from you again. then the fault is not mine because I was always there to help only that I was not going to cover an expense that did not correspond to me"
