Poor quality work. Poor communication

"Unfortunately there are some customers you just cannot please. Looking at my company and the 9 5 star reviews we have received I believe that our quality speaks for itself. The customer states communication was poor however storm conditions did not permit up to the minute communications. I have had issues trying to contact this customer in the past as per our agreement. I went as far as to knock on the door with no answer. Sadly we were unable to satisfy this customer and we let the customer go and now received this rating after 6 weeks of service."

Brick, Stone or Block Wall - Repair
Mr. Childress and his partner were highly professional, very friendly, prompt and helpful. They did an absolutely spectacular job of repairing our wall. They were here punctually for the three days they estimated it would take to do the job, and they finished just as they said they would. We intend to hire them again in the fall to do other work around the house. It was a delight working with them and I recommend them without reservations to anyone who wants superlative work done at reasonable prices .

I haven't met Rob personally yet. But based on the initial phone consultation and his price qoute I decided to take a chance with him. I hired him for a 1 time mowing while away on vacation. On my return, I was very pleased. He did a nice job. I've already begun to recommend him to neighbors and friends. I will definitely use him for future projects.
