I would give them 5 stars. They went over and beyond my expectations. Professional, courteous and completed the services on time. They went beyond the renovations that I asked for. They are really awesome. Any troubles I had they were able to resolve very quickly. Great customer service.

I had RNL remove kitchen cabinets, and install new ones. When the old cabinets were taking out they discovered a leak years ago that was fixed by someone else but not correctly and had created a lot of mold and mildew. Tom and his crew being the professionals that they are, made sure all mold was removed, and everything was done correctly and safely. The part I liked was them explaining how they were taking steps to insure I didn't have this problem again. How reassuring that I can breathe easy knowing the work was done right. I couldn't ask for more from any company then the honesty and quality work that I received. I do wish more companies cared this much about their customers and doing a job right.

I'm extremely satisfied with the work that was performed.From the first day that I got in contact with the company,I was assured that everything would be ok.Tom of R & L came to my building and assessed the situation and he immediately began to make calls to get things back in order for me.Because of the fire damage my building and contents were in bad shape.Tom was able to contact my insurance adjuster and before you know it there was all kinds of action going on in my building to get things back in order.I must say that I do now have a very professional and new looking building from the work done by R & L company.Of all the different people that Tom had to come and perform work on my building,they were all professional with very positive attitudes,and I felt comfortable with them being in my building.I will be recommending the services of R & L in the future,they are a great company and I love the work that they did for me. <br /> <br />

I think they're great if you need someone to do improvements to your home give them a call. They are clean, professional and leave nothing for you to do. They did an excellent job! I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

He went out of his way to connect me with the right people to help me. He has great follow up. He truly cared for me. He went out of his way to check on how things were going. He did not try to up sell me.

It went very well. They had to take 2 sets of shingles off which was done very quickly. They put a new roof on right away. They also replaced my gutter pipe which made a huge difference. These guys were prompt, very professional, friendly and they did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

He truly went above and beyond with his work. He was very professional, did a great job cleaning up, and even provided work that wasn't included. In addition to repairing the floor damage, he repaired the water line that was not even included in the estimate. I would highly recommend him and his very polite team.

Very well, the crew was professional and respectful both in appearance and quality of work. The owners were extremely knowledgeable and informative of my particular situation. All the questions I bombarded them with, they had an answer for and were very patient with me. I was very satisfied all around and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest contractor to work on their home.
