Prompt with coming to do an estimate and delivered it by email. Estimate was very reasonable for the work involved. For the tree removal they also showed up on time, did all the work requested and cleaned up. Would definitely use them again.

RL Shifflett did an excellent job cutting down a tree in my front yard! They were efficient and even cleaned up afterwards. Plus they were significantly more cost effective than the other tree services I contacted. We will definitely contact them again if we are in need of more tree work.

Did not keep the promised date, also failed to communicate with customer about not showing up on scheduled date, until the customer contacted him. I had an arrival time between 9 and 10am, I decided to call the business, only to be told that they were held up on another job. A courtesy call would had been appropriate. They did apologize, and the job was done the following day.

Excellent price! Quick response time! Very nice people. Mrs. Shiflett called to give updates throughout the beginning of the process. Mr. R.L. Came by the house for the quote, gave excellent recommendations. He answered our calls each time we called. The day of the service he and his team were right on time. They knocked the job out IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES!! minimal noise, the overall experience was very pleasant! If we ever need anymore service we will be using them!!

Arrived on time and did great work on some large oaks, beeches, and a bradford pear. Exceeded expectations. They even removed a brush pile we had previously left at the side of the house for no charge. I recommend them and would hire them for any tree removal or trimming work.
