He tore out the back porch ceiling, he let the insulation and dirt fall everywhere and didn't cover it up. He left without cleaning any of the debris up.

Overall, they did a good job and were here when promised. They completed the work quicky. I asked for leaf-less gutters and they provided gutters that were all one piece. Insurance was involved with paying for the service. Clean-up could have been a little better as I am still finding nails. My daughter had to have a patch on her tire just yesterday due to one of the nails.

Both teams were good and professional. Anytime I called they were pretty responsive. The first batch was defective as the tabs would not seal. The costs were as expected with no surprises. The work comes with a 2-year labor warranty and the shingles come with a 25-year warranty. Working with Ron was a good experience. The clean-up by the teams was pretty good.

They handled everything with the adjustor for our insurance company. Everything was handled in a timely manner. Ron was great to work with. We had no issues with the quality of their work. They also worked around my scheduling and pricing with them was very good. Their estimate was the best our of several we received. I love my roof and their clean-up was perfect. They are the only company I would use.

The process went great. We had researched many companies and are very happy we went with R&M . We had pipes break in our upstairs bathroom and it flooded everything, we didn't think our home would ever look the same. Now it even looks better then what it did before. The representative came out immediately. Within in 2 hours of the call they had a bunch of equipment here cleaning and drying out the mess. They helped us with dealing with our insurance, they even met with our adjuster to make sure everything was covered. After that job went smoothly they were there on time and when they promised, they also kept us very informed during the whole process. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. <br />

They did a good job. Nothing stood out except that the first time they came out and worked with the fence post, it wasn't right. They came back and reset everything this time. It was really good job. Instead of trying to patch it, they took it up and replaced it. We were happy with the post. When they say they would come, they showed up.

The crew arrived punctually, worked efficiently, were complete with the task in a timely manner. They also did an outstanding job of clean up afterwords removing all trash and debris. All of the work looks great and is fully functional, I have had no issues thus far and would highly recommend their services to any others. <br />

We had a fire to our home on 8/18/2014 .Thankfully no one was hurt, but our home was severally damaged and deemed unlivable. I contacted R&M that same night , they came over immediately . The next morning they assisted with contacting my insurance company . They started right away with temp repairs to prevent further damages. The insurance adjuster came out the same day , R&M assisted with the entire inspection making the process as painless as possible for us under the circumstance . After getting the approval to move forward , they began to tear out damaged walls and flooring and began to dry out several areas of my home. They cleaned and packed all of our personal items and took record of and disposed of any items that were non repairable requesting that we be compensated . My family is now living in a hotel as the build back process begins .It's exciting to see progress and choose new materials and colors and to know that we will be back home soon . I know we are in good hands with Ron, Jessica, and their company . I will keep you posted ! <br /> <br />

It was not good at all. I wasn't happy with them at all. They didn't do what they told me they were going to do and they never did complete the job. They got every dime out of the insurance company that they could possibly get. There were just a few little things that they promised me they would come back and do and they didn't do it after they go the money and I never heard from them again.

After having R & M replace my roof in June of 2009 I came home to find some shingles missing from my roof after the latest wind storm. I contacted them at 5:40p.m. on Friday 3/14/14. Not only did they call call me back immediately they sent someone out that night to tarp my roof to prevent further damage. They explained to me that they expected it to be covered under the manufacturers warranty and that they would get back to me after looking at the damage. <br /> On 3/18/14 I can home and noticed the tarp was gone and my shingles had been replaced. I immediately called R&M to find that there was indeed no charge for this service as it was indeed covered under the shingle manufacturer's warranty. <br /> I feel like I should mention again: I had not spoken to this company for over 5 years! <br /> Thank you Thank you Thank you <br /> Andrew N. <br /> <br /> <br />

The roof was torn off, cleaned up and replaced within 4 days. Gutters & downspouts were replaced after roof installation with no issues.

Our rep, Chris, was awesome! He was very informative and easy to talk to. He walked us through the claims process with our insurance provider, met with the adjusters while I was at work, and basically gave us a voice. When dealing with a national insurance company, you quickly realize they just see you as a number, but Chris from R & M did an AWESOME job at representing us, and in doing so, made sure that our insurance company covered what they were supposed to cover. He fought for a total roof replacement, and got it for us! Honestly, I don't think I could've done that on my own. <br />
