The process of getting the roof and skylights replaced went smoothly from the quote to installation. I credit that to open and verbose communication. No question went unanswered or took long to get answered.

Very timely delivery of materials to the roof, not just the property. Crew was working on house at 7AM and had 80-90% completed by 4PM. Came back and were complete by midday with the miscellaneous items This included tear off and replacement of some sheet panels. Beat 3 other estimates with ease.

Ronnie came out the next day after we contacted him and fixed the pipe. He made other repairs to ensure that nothing leaked on the roof. He found some things that the furnace contractor had not done well and he fixed those while he was on the roof. Ronnie was very knowledgeable, professional and responded quickly to our need. <br />

When Ronnie came to estimate the job, it was clear he was knowledgeable, had great attention to detail, and was extremely conscientious. While their estimate was not the cheapest, I was convinced that they would provide the best value based on the qualities I saw in Ronnie. And he didn't let me down. They did a great job--even taking pictures of the work they did on the roof. <br /> I'll give you one example of Ronnie's attention to detail and how thoroughly he planned for a relatively small job. These solar-powered attic fans were designed so that the fans could be mounted on the back slope of the roof and the solar panels on the front slope. The cable connecting them runs through the attic. Ronnie, thinking ahead and picturing the work in his mind, decided to buy some cable clips in advance so that he could make sure the wiring was secured, and not just dangling in the attic. I didn't have to ask, he just did it. <br /> To my fellow Angie's List subscribers--if you don't at least give these guys the chance to bid on your work, your are doing yourself a disservice.

No problems with getting starting or completing the job.

All work done professionally and in a timely manner. Project started with a thorough powerwashing of existing deck, rails, supports. Badly warped and/or splintered decking and rail top replaced with new, pressure-treated lumber. Old wood power-sanded then hand- painted with clear stain finish. Attention to detail was excellent; perfection is the standard of this company.

Great, except it took about 2 weeks from inquiry to estimate to complete the job which took about 2 hours to finish.

Both times we were extremely pleased with the quality of work and professional attitude. Ronnie is an honest guy who isn't looking to gouge his customers. He provided a quick and affordable estimate and did the work the same afternoon. Very pleasant to work with. I have already recommended him to a co-worker.

Ronnie replaced a number of shingles and resealed around exhaust fan almost a year ago. He was working on another roof and said he saw some shingles missing. I had seen a couple of shingles on the ground. Ronnie is very courteous and seems efficient and honest. I am way past working on my roof myself and must trust the service provider. This was a very small job, but I would call him to offer a bid on a larger project.
