Perfectly, Robert showed up exactly on time. He was able to open the realty lock box and enter the vacant home several minutes before the real estate agent arrived. Roobert performed all of the inspection requirements plus several additional things that were not part of the normal inspection procedure. He made sure everything was in operating order. The inspection report was promptly delivered, by internet, within 24 hours of the inspection, including clear photos of all rooms and fixtures. Nothing was left for only written interpretation.

I can't say enough good things about RMI. It was a breeze to schedule the appointment and they had great availability for appointments. The inspector, Robert Menendez, was punctual and super informative. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and really enjoys what he is doing. I had gotten similar inspections with another company when I first purchased my home 2 years ago. The report was bare-boned and had incorrect information. Not so with RMI. The inspection report was so thorough. I definitely feel that I got my money's worth. You will not go wrong using RMI Home Inspection Services. They will get the job done at a reasonable price. They did a great job and found many issues with home.  Of course the seller and their realtor doubted the validity and cost estimates provided by the inspectors (who are not licensed electricians or plumbers) but I later had a plumber and an electrician inspect the house and they both confirmed the home inspectors were correct regarding the issues they reported and the price estimates provided.  The price was a little high but they sent 3 guys out and they were there for a few hours.  The report included many photos. <br />

Robert was very detailed and thorough.  He took about 4 hours to complete the inspection.  He was very open to explaining what he was doing as he performed the inspection and explained any issues he found.  The report was very complete with lots of pictures.  I will use him again without a concern. <br />

Rob is a true professional. I was very nervous about purchasing a house.  He walked me through the step by step process.  He answered all my questions.  He is very knowledgeable.  There was an issue while looking at the property and if not for him it would have cost me a lot of money.  He will even answer questions after the inspection and will you call back immediately.  He is the best!!

I was looking to sell my home when my realtor suggested that I have a pre-inspection performed. This would maximize my return on my home by fixing the things found wrong with the home. I was recommended by a friend to use RMI Home Inspections. I am so glad that I did and found they were on Angies list as well. Robert Melendez chief inspector came out to my home. He was on time and very friendly. He found many things wrong with the home and use many different types of modern equipment. One which came to mind was the infrared camera he used. He found a roof leak which was very surprising because we had no idea it was there. He advised me of ways to repair the leak as well. He gave us a report the very next day. Wow, it was very informative, lots of pictures and estimates for all the repairs. It was well worth every penny. I would hire RMI Home Inspection again. <br />

Rob did an amazing job. He was very informative and was on time. Very professional and knowledgable. There was an electrical panel that I had an issue with and he let me know everything that I needed to do to get it fixed. He spend hours and hours going through the house. He did such a good job. I can't say enough. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

He was very thorough.  He brought an infred camera to look for water leaks and mold.  He did a very in depth inspection. I couldn't believe the amount of pictures and information he provided that I was able to save money on.  He was on time too!
