R & M Pressure Washing is a family owned and operated company that has been in business since 2005, winning Angie’s List Super Service Award for 2017. We strive for excellence and customer satisfaction is our priority. Your satisfaction is guaranteed and we offer all types of affordable commercial and residential services, including but not limited to: pressure washing, power washing, gutter cleaning. All the cleaning products we use are environmentally safe, cleaning quickly, safely, and effectively. For our washing services, we use both hot and cold water to make sure we get into every cranny and corner where dirt can hide. We service many areas, including but not limited to: Cecil, Hartford, Baltimore County, Delaware, Elkton within the state of Maryland, and also parts of Philadelphia. I sent a form online on Saturday afternoon. I received a call that evening and was unable to answer. I woke up to the door on Sunday morning to the company at my front door to schedule my power washing. It was a bit aggressive, but the work was great. The guy from the company offered to give a quote for a few items on the outside of our house that were already scheduled with other companies - he persisted and I finally told him that we had a contract with those other companies. He left it alone afterward. The work itself was great, the guy was just a bit pushy.

I had a problem with his approach or professionalism. He volunteered to do certain things and I told him no. Then he insisted. I think he was unprofessional in some of his conversation. He was directly rude. I just think he doesn't know any better. He needs to work on his professionalism. I realize he saw some items that needed work. But I said no the first time. We can do without the commentary (etc. It looks horrible). He also left some equipment behind. I called and said you left some equipment (which was not a problem) where do you want me to put it because I won't be here. He reiterated what he said the last time. I had already told him No. We were not going to use him at first because of his demeanor and behavior. But his price was sort of reasonable and affordable. Again I can't say anything about his quality of work. But his professionalism. It's not worth me using him again.

It went very well. They showed up by 7 a m and got started right away. Both men were proffesional and nice. The house which has alluminum siding and brick were completely cleaned. It looks 100% better and we couldn't be happier. While they were here I also had my front concrete porch and sidewalk power washed along with having my gutters cleaned out for an extra cost. All of this work done was worth every penny. We will be using them again in the future and will be referring this company to other home owners.

Rich came to provide an estimate for gutter cleaning which was more than the Angie's list deal. I wasn't too worried about the deal, wanted to find a person that would do good work, and wanted build an ongoing relationship. Rich ended up doing the gutters, and pressure washing, and then suggested a gutter guard product for install and completed the entire job within a week of the initial meeting. I'll be using him for any future pressure washing work, and appreciated how he followed thru after the initial meeting.

Not really what I expected ... we had a communications breakdown to start with and they showed up at the house unannounced at 8am on a holiday weekend. When we have had our gutters cleaned in the past, they normally would either sweep out or scoop out the gutters and then run water through them to cleanout the rest. This company just brought a leaf blower to get the job done. Considering the fact that I have a three story townhouse, who really knows how well they cleaned them out?
