Services we offer
We are specializing in roofing and siding. What makes us a good choice for the homeowner is that we don't just do estimates and hope for a response from potential customers. We create an approach with a solution to the problem. If it's wear and tear the solution is obvious - replacement, but it is extremely important to address lack of insulation or especially ventilation when it comes to roofs and we do that. We live in an awesome, but very specific climate and attention to detail is necessary.

"It was a pleasure to help resolve this siding issue. Thank you so much for everything."
"It was a huge pleasure to work for this great community. We felt a need to help save their roofs from rotting away with condensation and lack of circulation problems. It was a classic example of ventilation importance when it comes to every roof’s health. We really appreciate their business and their trust in our services."
"Serving customers like you is a pleasure. It wasn’t just me trying to do the best job possible, but also you trying to help all along and that made us a great team where work became pleasure with plenty of satisfaction. We appreciate your generosity."
"Thank you so much for those kind words. Please don't forget to call us with your future needs."
"I feel obligated to say a little about myself. I'm all about good quality, old fashioned roofing and by far not about highly skilled sales pitch, so it is going to be hard for me to write a proper response here. We do a lot of repair jobs early spring every year. Usually it's not about profits, instead it's mainly about our future customers, their needs, coming out with the highest quality repairs, hoping to secure business for the future, as well I have to admit as I really do have to take care of people that work for me and provide jobs for them and those repair jobs do just that in time when there is not enough full replacements. As a business owner, just like a captain of the ship I take full responsibility of what has happened. Gentleman that stayed one day all the way until 10 p.m. was one of my supervisors working for me for quite a few years. I've known him for a very long time and enjoyed working with him because I still believe he is a good person and a very professional worker. I think we all have “those” moments, but it is not an excuse for what happened. I know he meant well even though he acted unprofessional and there was no excuse for that. I also told him to pick up leftover tools and he promised to do it as quickly as possible. Obviously he never did that. I do have to admit that it was me saying that it probably would be the best for you to buy a specific carpet that you want at Home Depot. I was never in favor of calling it a porch or a balcony – it is a roof and unless we build a deck on it we should not have a foot traffic on it's membrane if we don’t want trouble with leaks and damages. Someone installed railing and it looks like a balcony, but to make it a real balcony you have to have a deck built on top of it. I don't think there should be a carpet on it and that's why I didn't want to buy one or be responsible for choosing any specific kind interior or exterior. I know there was an interior carpet on it before, but there was plenty of things before that were not supposed to be there and that was the only reason I was there to begin with. We chose granulated torch down modified bitumen membrane to make it as strong as possible for very occasional walking (even though I don't believe that anybody should be walking on it anyway until somebody builds real deck on top of it). From the very beginning my objective was to stop leaks, make sure that finally there is a counterflashing, remove all rotted wood, install proper edge metal, make sure that there is proper membrane roofing product instead of just ice and water shield on your roof, etc., etc. As far as quality is concerned I think we did everything that possibly can be done to make it leak free, practical and most of all to be cost effective. I know you think that our price was high, but I can easily prove it to be not true. I never talk about money in public, but I feel that there is a real need this time. Out of $1,700 the profit for the company was only $200 which I can prove if the need may be plus it happens to be 11.76% of the total price. Any business person knows dealing with less than 20% profit margin may result in some serious negative consequences for the company’s future. If we want our professionals to stay in business and be able to provide warranty services in the future we have to let them constantly stay above 20% of the profit margin. Please accept my apology for mu supervisor’s and my actions. I’m not sure what I can do to make it better. I will always believe that carpet does not belong on top of your roof so I don’t think I want to help in choosing or installing one. Please let me know what I can do to change your mind about my company’s reputation and professionalism at least little bit and accept my apology for keeping you and your family up until 10 p.m. that one night."
