Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
DON"T bother. Not only did it take them 3 months to install a 20 x 20 deck, they were extremely rude, they showed up whenever they felt like it, without notice. They would work a couple hours and leave. They'll give you every excuse in the book and tell you how cheap the price was for doing the work. I have NO paperwork (my fault for not asking). We need to do some repairs on the deck they built and I'd like to expand it. I have tried to contact RNR but they do not response. I don't want them to do the work but I do need to know where they got the deck boards, again no response. I'd give them a ZERO if I could.

"You got a 25x25 luxury composite pool deck for 15k and did not want to make final payment, we had to get law involved. You decide to make a review 1 year later at 12am :( My company bent over backward to keep you and your wife happy with all the indecisiveness and changes from decking boards to rails, we were very responsive, kept clear communication on when materials would arrive and also when we were on our way. Project was just about done and you wanted us to add more vinyl rails then was on contract, for free. Thats when you became very angry and more difficult. You sat outside in our work space pointing a gun at a destroyed laptop, we were actually scared to keep comming back but did and complete that beautiful deck. We kept our respective composure and was accommodating from day1, you are welcome :)"

RNR came in and saved the day! Roberta and Ricardo were so patient with my husband and I. We had a previous contractor who left our job without finishing. RNR stopped by, looked at the unfinished project and kept their promise to come back the next morning at 9am. They showed up on time, communicated throughout the entire time and also suggested what was best for our project. The greatest part of it all, they didn’t request money up front to get started. The job was started, Ricardo and his team worked for 2 days from sun up to sun down to get done. The concrete slab was repaired and our shed was built! They took their time and gave us exactly what we wanted, we have already made a list of projects we’re interested in having done early spring. Thanks RNR you’re the best!

RNR has done it again! I have tried for over a year to find someone to do some skirting around the back of my house. Some said that they could do it but the pricing was far more than I was budgeting, and some who could not see my vision. I wanted to make sure feral cats and other wildlife could live rent free so the skirting was needed to protect my home and provide a cosmetic upgrade as well. I look forward to our next project!

Roberta and Ricardo, were willing to take on a task that was not to familiar to them. They provided reasonable quote, and arrived prompted and ready to execute. The reviews for the greenhouse stated that it would take multiple days, but they got it together in one to meet a deadline for my event. Their demeanor was professional but friendly, they were open to questions and provided their thoughts for long term issues. I will continue to work with them for all my home project needs, as well as refer others to them for services.

RNR was hired to take on an extensive project that involved remodeling three apartment units in two separate residential homes. They were quick to respond to provide a free quote, honest about their capabilities for the services needed, and provided a fair price in a timely manner. On top of being incredibly personable and easy to work with, they take pride in their work, always keep a clean workspace, and absolutely deliver on whatever is asked of them (which in this case the list kept growing). They completely transformed the three apartments that they remodeled - from installing cabinets, countertops, toilets, showers, doors, light fixtures, flooring, windows, interior/exterior painting - to fixing unstable decks and chimneys, they can do it all! You definitely won't regret giving them a call!
