Great! I called Road Runner after having been told by another service I would need to repair a damaged pipe. Turns out the other guys simply weren’t able to clear it themselves. Don was confident he could clear it: the sound of a clearing sinkdrain never sounded so good.

Great. Old water heater busted during the holidays. Don came out to replace with a tankless model on New Years Day. He came back a few days later to address a whistle noise (fixed with a larger gas line) and install recirculation line for instant hot water to back of house at no additional charge. I'd recommend Road Runner highly based on my experience.
