Marcus arrived within the set time window and completed the assembly quickly. He asked me to sit in the chair and together we determined the most comfortable settings for height of the backrest, seat, and arm supports. Marcus offered to move my prior chair to my storage area and removed the large packing box as he left. Yeah Marcus- for your great support! Nicky.who is the Office Coordinator, responded quickly to my Angie List request. She assigned Marcus and called twice to update me on his estimated arrival. They charged an agreed hourly rate. Highly recommend!! I will be sharing this reference with all my neighbors and business colleagues.
