Mike was great at communicating throughout the process. I do not live in the area so he was great at sending pictures and letting me know what he saw when he assessed the work needing to be done. There was one change order to the original estimate and he was quick to communicate with me so we could come to an agreement on the additional work and costs. I never felt like I did not know what was going on. He was kind enough to send short videos of his work when it was partially done and again when he was finished. I would definitely hire him again for flooring related work.

They changed days 4 times because they didn't have enough help, left their Gatorade and Lunchables trash for me to pick up. Some panels have 1 screw in it and others have 2. My son will secure with remaining screws. Changed the price then within 10 minutes raises it again.

Mike was outstanding and did an excellent job on finishing the walls and desktop for my office. Very dependable and does excellent work. He checks details that need to be done and doesn’t skip anything that needs to be done. I highly recommend Mike and Robbins Nest!
