"Thank you [Member Name Removed], it was such a pleasure to work with you on such an extensive project, There wasn't much in your now 3story home that we didn't touch and we got through it. It is always nice to see a project like yours all come together. Your home came out great, while keeping the integrity of your home intact. Thankyou for sharing you review with others. Bob Scott"
"Thankyou for you kind words. It was a pleasure working with you again. Keep us in mind for future projects. Bob Scott"
"Thank you, for the review and the kind words. It was a pleasure working on your project. The challenging thing about the addition that we built, was it was built under a previously constructed room that you had recently built. It was discovered that they didn't install the proper footings and the height was to low for the new addition, so we had to suspend the addition in the air and dig out under the new addition, as well as install the correct supports for the structure, It all came out great and i glad you are enjoying your new space. Thanks Again"

"Thank you very much for taking the time to review our company."
"As with all of our contracts we set up a payment schedule that our customs agree too. We had made many attempts to collect on the 4 owed payments but we’re told we needed to complete the job before we would be paid. The job was nearly done with the exception of the front stairs. With 90% of the job completed they wanted to hold over $20,000 until all work has been completed, therefore going forward with only their word that they would pay upon completion. They didn’t adhere to the payment scheduled as out lined in the proposal, so we were left with no other option but to take out a mechanic’s lien to guarantee our payment on the project completed on their property. This is our first time in the 30+ years we have been in business that I have ever had to take out a mechanic’s lien on a property we are working on. The architect that the homeowners provided that made the plans for the garage did not create a plan for the front steps. Since there was no plan for the front stair we build them to the current code, which the homeowners did not like. We are currently in the process of taking the new stairs we just built off and redoing them to the homeowner’s satisfaction. We have all intention on finishing the work and have made many efforts to complete the job. We have made many attempts to finalize a plan for the front steps but with the lack of communication we would go weeks without hearing back. This job has gone very slowly because of lack of communication on their end. The steps have been redone and the job is completed, we are still awaiting payment."
"Thank you for this review. It was a pleasure working with you on your project. Your addition came out very well and I like the way that it ties into the pool area and the entire back yard of your home. We look forward to working with you in the future on the upcoming project. Bob"
"Thank-you, we try and help the home owners understand the process that they may be facing with their remodeling project. when you are ready to move forward, let us know if you would like to discuss this or if you have additional questions. Bob Scott"
"It was a pleasure working with you on your project, and we also enjoyed roofing your parents house as well. Bob Scott"
"It was a pleasure working with you. The mold issue was mainly caused from a previous contractor installing vented soffits but DIDN'T CUT the wood soffits to actually work. plus. also venting the bathroom vent into the attic space. I am glad that we were able to correct the problem so that house vented properly and the mold problem is gone. Thank you for your business. Bob Scott"
"It was a pleasure working on your project, and adding the needed stairway to the rental property. Everthing went smooth even dealing with a stone foundation. Bob Scott"
"We have done a few jobs for this location, the first was a set of gable dormers located in the front roof section of the main roof. This work added a nice design touch, to a standard colonial style home."
