What I liked was that Robert provided a quick response, timely arrival, friendly demeanor. What I DIDN'T like was that he dropped the "F-Bomb" while speaking to my elderly mother and announced AFTER the job was completed - which consisted of two shim pieces, six screws, and about an hour's time - that he has a $300 minimum. Was the door fixed and does it operate properly now? Yes. But..................nope.
