Robert responded to my request for quotes and was able to meet with me the same day. He explained the scope work, start date and cost. Cost was very reasonable, he was able to have a crew onsite the next day. The crew arrived on time, went over the scope of work to ensure we were in agreement. They removed the 18 year old wood deck, graded and leveled the area for the patio. Built the framing, filled with gravel and rebar, ensuring everything was level. On the 2nd day they did the concrete work and stamping. The 3rd day they power washed and sealed the patio. Cleaned up the yard before leaving. An amazing improvement over the old wood deck. Robert and the crew were easy to work with and great communication. I am beyond pleased with the final product. I highly recommend Robert Construction for any concrete work. Everyone was polite, professional and hard working.

The job was secured via docusign on Wednesday night. The contract called for 1-2 days work to complete the job. The crew showed up on Thursday and had no instructions on what to do. The lead person on the crew argued with me on how the job should be done. I explained we had a contract for a specific job. Had to text Robert to explain that the crew was not sure of the work and had no written instructions. Robert showed up and the work proceeded. The job was less than halfway done on Thursday. The weather was perfect for a concrete pour, but no one showed up on Friday. Midday Saturday, I had to contact Robert and ask if anyone was coming to complete the job. He quoted a 1-2 day job. He answered later and said his crew would be out. Work continued late Saturday. The job was incomplete on the fourth day. The crew returned to work on Sunday and worked till dusk. The job was still incomplete. On the 5th day, the crew returned to finish the job. Job took 5 days with pr, not 1-2 days.

Robert construction is a reliable, efficient and customer focused company that did an excellent job removing my old garage floor and driveway and installing a new garage floor and driveway. My questions were answered in detail. The crews were very efficient and did quality work. I am very pleased with my new garage floor and driveway and have recommend this company to others.

Mr. Kim was great. He came out to inspect the site before the work was done and gave some advice and suggestions on the best way to place the pad as well as how to position the shed on the pad once complete. He gave an estimate and his crew was out the next day to do the work. They even took apart and removed our old shed that was in the location. They did a great job, made sure the site was cleaned up, and even put down soil and grass seed to patch the places that got a little worm from the work. I’d highly recommend them for any concrete projects!

Love our new patio and walkway!! Robert Construction was a pleasure to work with. They contacted me promptly, matched the other bid we had with better product, came the next day and got it done. Workers were neat and careful. I recommend this company.

Step looked a lot better and the railing was much firmer. However, there was concrete dust left on the bushes, a blob of concrete left in the from yard. Bushes were mashed down while they were accessing the side of the step. Mr. Kim said it would cost me $1000 to totally replace the step but then said he didnt think the step needed replaced, just resurfaced, but then changed the total to $1200. I agreed to that anyway. He said the men would come the next day about 8am. By 9:30am I called him to find out where the workers were and was told they would have to come the next day instead. I said OK. Two hours later two men showed up and started sanding the step. I left for an appointment and they were still here when I returned but they said all was done and I gave them a check for $1200. After they left I was a bit disappointed that the cleanup was really poor. They used my hose and then just left it in a pile. The bushes had broken limbs from where they had crawled in the front to access the step. When the ratings lady called and asked me how it went, I told her my story. She asked what rating I would give them and I said a 3. I guess that really upset Mr. Kim because as soon as the rating was posted he came back out to the house, handed me a refund check for the $1200 and asked what he needed to do to make everything better. I offered to pay him for the work but he said the money wasn't important and he just wanted me to be happy. He wanted me to pull the rating. I tried calling and ended up changing the rating to a 4 because the work had been done but not to the 5 level. Since then he has been harassing me by email and phone telling me to pull the rating. Today I received a certified letter saying that he was going to put a lien on my property for non payment. I DID pay him when the work was done. It was his idea to give me a refund. I refuse to allow him to intimidate me. If legal action is what he wants, I will be happy to see him in court. I am so very disappointed in this whole event.

They were very responsive and did a fantastic job of removing the rotten wood wall. They cleaned up the area and hauled away the trash and wood.

Oh my goodness! Robert Kim and his crew were incredible. Mr.Kim answered my Angi request in a few minutes of posting and he was at our house offering a quote within 30minutes. He was very easy to work with and understood our needs quickly. Our walkway was transformed in 2 days! We are so pleased with the work. The crew was courteous and they completely cleaned the area and reseeded the lawn. Highly recommend Robert Kim’s Construction. Thank you Robert!

Robert Construction provided top quality service, on time, with excellent site prep and cleanup. The construction staff were careful to avoid damage to my sprinkler system and maintained an organized worksite. The concrete work was clean and met code and safety requirements. Management was responsive and kept me informed on the status of the project. I would hire them again. I have no personal relationship to Robert Construction management and staff and found them through home advisor.

Robert provided an approximate quote over the phone a few hours after being contacted then provided a formal quote that evening after visiting the site. His crew started on the project at 8:00 am the next morning. Everything was completed within 3 days, as promised. His crew is professional and the work is top rate. Robert also gave me excellent advice during the planning phase that both improved the final product and saved me money. Highly recommended!

Great company, got an estimate the very next day after contacting them and they removed my old brick patio and poured a gorgeous new stamped concrete patio that same week. Highly recommend.
