Super! Honestly, he saved the day for me and charged a very reasonable price - especially considering I was not a regular customer, was obviously in a disadvantaged position (calling late in the day on the first really big snowfall of the season) - a situation that many businesses would have taken advantage of. I'm very happy to have met an honest businessman who is prompt, professional and communicates with his customers. I look forward to calling him in the spring for landscaping and lawn maintenance. <br />

I called Bob on Tuesday. He responded to my voice mail the same day and scheduled the mowing for Friday. Bob called ahead shortly before he arrived. He did a great job and my lawn looks much neater. Very friendly and responsive. <br />

The service went fine. He came out way past the time he would be calling it his day, and did the driveway for me. He said he would be out, but he didn't know when it would be, because he had a few more to do before mine.

As always, it went well. He has provided grass cutting service for us for many years. He is honest and does not do unnecessary work. <br />

I called and left Mr. Kramer a message just after 6:00 PM on Jan. 7, 2014.  He returned my call within an hour, told me what his minimum fee was, which was reasonable, we set up the service for the next morning.  He arrived on time and started the work promptly he was very polite, respectful and courteous.  I showed him where the driveway widened and asked him if I could also pay him to clean off my car.  He also started my car for me while he was cleaning it off. I offered him a to go cup of coffee, which he politely turned down.  His plow blade is a split blade and he uses it perfectly! He did a great job on everything!  <br /> Mr. Kramer also let me know about  other services he provides during the year. I've already discussed future work with him. <br /> This man is a perfect example of why we have used Angie's List over the last 18 years. <br />

This went ver, very  well.  He came to provide an estimate and get the assigment on the day I called him and performed the work the work soon after, on the date agreed upon .  The job came in under his estimate.  He and his assistant were prompt, professional, efficient and very, very competent. <br />

Pretty much everything about his services stands out to me.  He’s honest and his prices are excellent.  He cuts the grass off season.  He does not cut it when it’s not needed and that type of thing.  His prices are good as well.

Continues to do very complete work.

I used them for several years and their prices were reasonable. One issue I had was that I consistently saw tire tracks in the driveway and it got to the point where the grass wasn't there anymore. I called him twice on it and he said it was just difficult to back out of the driveway and that he had heavy equipment. Eventually, I stopped using him and the service in general.

Bob prompty answered his phone and gave me an estimate within 30 minutes. I have a rather small (1/8 acre) lawn but I had let the back yard get way out of control. Bob got it cut for me the same day.

He?s prompt, the price is reasonable, he?s easy to reach by phone, and he does a great job.
