It went well. One of the apartments just needed minor repairs, complete interior painting, new stove, and carpet re-stretched. Another unit needed a lot of work: complete interior painting, strip and re-paint a wrought iron railing, new counters and sinks in kitchen and bath, new stove, re-built closet, new flooring throughout including carpet, vinyl plank, and linoleum. The exterior received touch-up painting to match the existing. The entire job got delayed a total of about two weeks, but I was in no hurry. I was very pleased with results and quality of the work.
