They got here in about an hour after first call and the job was done perfectly right away.

They answered the phone on the first call. Gave an estimated arrival time later the same day. Have me a call in advance, as arranged. Arrived promptly. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Explained what they had found and what they had done about it. All done in 15 minutes. Since this was a fairly minor job, I can not give them an "excellent" rating, but I definitely plan to call them next time we need an electrician.

Excellent work.  Showed up on time and quickly swapped out the fixtures.  We changed our minds on the hight of one and they redid their work without any complaint or comment.  They just wanted us to be happy.  We installed one new switch and will have to wait on the other new dimmer for some additional wiring that we need.  They diagnosed the issue and set everything back to the way it was until we can complete the new wiring. <br />

Ceiling Fans were installed with receptacles and wall switches.  <br /> We were satisfied with the installation of the fans <br /> The crew chief was professional and responsive.  <br /> However, the insulation was not replaced by the workers after the job and the owner refused to return to the home to ensure that the insulation was returned to its original place in the attic.  <br /> We were disappointed that the owner did not stand behind the work done by his crew.  <br /> I could not recommend this company. <br />

We were very pleased with their service. They did a very good job. We were very satisfied with what they did for us. They didn't leave anything behind and they took care of everything that we asked them to. They are fairly prompt with what we asked them to do and didn't have any issues, didn't have any problems with negotiations of what we asked of what we have done and what they quoted versus what we paid. It was right there spot on, not too bad for somebody coming out and rewire the house. Their price was competitive and it was not high, not low. They actually came back out couple of other extra times for rewiring of the tank less water heater and they were quite helpful. Overall they did excellent work. They were very nice guys, felt very comfortable with them and easy to talk to. As soon as they came in they started evaluating what needed to be done and they started checking all of those and things like that and the other ones that came they didn't do that. I would probably use them again. I actually recommended them to couple of other people.

They were great. Showed up on the appointed day, fixed everything quickly and quietly for a lot less money and time than I had feared. I had been afraid the bathroom fan would have to be replaced but they adjusted and oiled it and it is working better than it ever has (I bought this house new). They had a suitable doorbell on the truck and swapped it out for the broken one before I even knew they were working on it. The outlets problem turned out to be something tiny and simple, not a major problem as I'd feared. I feel like they lifted a weight off my shoulders! <br />

They were prompt and professional, and I will use this company again.

They were professional, helpful, and very polite from knocking on the front door until [ and including cleaning up any dust or broken removed pieces] they were finish.Were able to track down the source of the problem... not just fix the switch I called about.. so it didn't happen again. Asked if there was anything else that they could help with and there actually was... took care of that as well. <br /> <strong><em>A very positive experience. I will call them again in a heartbeat if I have any other electrical problems.<br /> </em></strong>I told them when I initially called for service, that I had found them on Angie's List and they had a discount already in my final bill, which I found to be very fair.... They showed up when promised, worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job in a fully satisfactory manner. Our house is over 25 years old and the kitchen fixture is original. We were told when we made the appointment that this would mean additional work and they came prepared. I would call them again, and will recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done. <br />
