Went fine. The crew showed up exactly when they sere scheduled, performed the work, and cleaned everything up perfectly when they were through. Will definetly use them again.

He misrepresented himself as part of the Ochoa Roofing and more, which he is not. He got the fencing done in a timely manner but charged more after he was finished due to under estimation. My husband hired him but when I went to look at finished gate I noticed it wasn't even when the gate closed. Tight as it should be on the top but as it goes down to the bottom the gap for larger. We did not call back to repair.

This is company is extremely professional and polite. Explaining every detail that will be performed and carrying through with what they say will be done. Experts in every way possible.

Miguel came out and installed a fence according to my instructions, i wanted it high enough that i couldn't see onto my neighbors' property but more importantly i wanted the fencing to be close enough so that my dogs couldn't see the dog on the other side or the little girls playing outside, this fence has stopped a whole lot of barking. <br />

the install went pretty good, but a week later when I applied the Thompson's water sealer , The grain and color of the cedar pickets really stood out and and I realized why the price was so good..........they used lower grade cedar pickets as 70% of the pickets have knots. <br /> I also discovered about 15 pickets that had vertical splitting. <br />  I called and made 4 appointments with miguel, to come out and replace the split pickets and he DID NOT show up for any of the 4 appointments..........so 4 months later and no one has called me of shown up to replace the 15 defective fence pickets. <br /> I would not recommend this fence company to anyone, unless you just want a cheap fence with no warranty what so ever <br /> <br />

Best competitive price. Started the work reasonably close to promise date. Finished quickly. Good clean-up. Discovered some minor coverup at a later date(pre-sale inspection). <br />

Was on time and did a great job. Also, fixed some rotten wood under a shingle. <br />

Project was delayed several days due to rain but otherwise went smoothly. Ochoa Fence was competitive on price (out of three contractors) and Miguel was the most responsive. He showed up at the beginning and several times during the job to make sure everything was going correctly. His crew did a good job, the new fences look nice and the neighbors are happy with them. <br />

Robert came out to meet with my husband.  We compared prices with many vendors and decided to go with them.  They were prompted and worked hard.  Quite a trooper, actually.  I didn't rate them then as I could not find the time and was no longer on Angie's after the service is done.  I have always wanted to rate Robert Ochoa, it's always in a back of my mind.  I'm back to Angie's list now as I need service around my house and want to offer my feedback then so other consumers can decide theirs.  The job was completed as expected.  Sorry for this late feedback.  Regarding the date of service, it was just guessitmate, I don't recall when it 2012.  <br />

<p>Robert Ochoa even threw in some not-so-minor roof repairs for $200 while he was here. Great service, great quality, great clean up, very close to the lowest estimate. The quality and timing were worth the extra $100 or so over the lowest price bidder who couldn't schedule us as quickly.<br /> <br /></p> <p>This company rocks - they came out <strong>very quickly to provide an estimate in April 2011 and again in December 2013 (at Christmas). Wind blew down the north side of our shared privacy fence (2011) and blew down our tree on to the south side fence at Christmas (2013). Scheduled us immediately both times, provided a sturdier three horizontal support fence, neighbor friendly, including an entry gate. Knocked each job out in one day.</strong></p> <p><strong>GREAT JOB!!!</strong></p> <br />

Best price in town, excellent quality work. It took a time for me to get an estimate and for the work to actually start. I was ready to give up after 4 months of telephone calls and e-mails. However, they did complete the job. Very good quality fence. I would highlyn recommend. <br />

Once we got the contacts worked out, several Ochoa companies in town and all related.. It went very well Bryan was the person who did the estimate and answered many of my questions.  I called him several times with a few scenarios and he was very patient with me.  He then returned for the final write up and to get the signed contract as well as a down payment. <br /> Aside from a small hiccup with getting the electric/cable marked they were able to come one day later than originally planned.  Actually worked out better since we did not have to go overnight without a fence.  Miguel called to let me know his guys would be at the house in about an hour or so.  They showed up and immediately went to work in the tear down.  I did go out and ask a few questions while they were here and they were again very good about explaining and assuring me on a few items. <br /> They were able to get the entire job done in a single day, a little past sunset, but most of the clean up was done before the sun went completely down. <br /> Confirmed with one neighbor they were pleased with how it turned out on their side of the fence!  I'll follow up with the others over the weekend. <br /> We are thrilled with how it turned out, and the best part is the gate closes all the way on it's own!!! <br />
