I wish I could find out how to submit pictures. Once again I trusted someone and was taken . I found several errors on my floor and as easy going as I am Justin didn’t even talk to me about it, he just told me my total, was paid and left. Please do not use him. Now I have to go to court and see if I can recoup my money or have him fix the flooring.

When I hired him I asked if he was a licensed electrician and he said yes and that he had been doing this kind of work for 10 years. After job was done he refused to give write up of what he did and just stated he did what I asked. Receptacles were placed kinda funky on metal bars between studs that are screwed in on the stud facing where drywall will be replaced - drywall won't sit flush to studs now. Receptacle for microwave placed but looks like he wired it into receptacle for stove below instead of its own circuit. Sub panel was placed but unknown what circuits are for as he also took it upon himself to move stuff from main panel to sub panel which was supposed to be dedicated for microwave. He refuses to give any detailed documentation as to what he did and what circuits are for - no copies of permits or inspection for his work on main and sub panel. The outside motion light was placed in wrong corner of house and was wired into the porch light and now we need to leave the porch light on 24/7 for the motion flood light to be powered on. By putting the motion flood light on the wrong wall he also chose to screw into the brick face of the wall - when we have someone fix his mistake we will have to repair the brick. When asked why he put it in the wrong place he said it was easier for him to do it this way. When I reminded him of the wiring at front of house (working outside GFI receptacle under bay window) or to go thru attic under eaves he stated the wiring at bay window didn't work (I just had this receptacle fixed last month by another electrician and it is live). He forgot to move 1 receptacle.

"I apologize for the miscommunication, everthing was approved after a full walk through with her son before I left the jobsite and he was very pleased. I'm an electrician, I am not a inspector I dont have paperwork and documents and so on. Also, everything I did was correct and in order to install a subpanel which was due to a full main panel, you have to move breakers. Unfortunately, this panel didn't have one label so there was no way to relabel it, unless I identified all circuits and that wasn't in my job description(would have taken hours). This client is in California has no way to personally see the home, so explaining this over the phone was a task. I called, and called, left voicemails, text, and email to her and her son. Also, she was telling me one thing then her son was telling me something different. I wish, the honesty was upfront and he would have said it was incorrect because I could have made whatever they thought was a mistake right and I could have explained more in detail that the issues that she pointed out had to happen as a part of the insulation process. Once again I apologize for the miscommunication between the three of us. Stay blessed and safe. -Best Regards"

Jason was wonderful. Very quick and helpful. There was an issue with the smoke detectors after the install, and even though he had moved on to another job, he came back and help me isolate the problem and we were able to solve the issue. Great work! I would hire him again in a minute!!
