The overall score is not an A due to the high cost which was driven quite a bit by the filter they sold me. I'm glad the serviceman noted the filter model number on the invoice. <br />

They're expensive but so is everybody else. They were knowledgeable. There was nothing they could have done differently. They were thorough.

Ac not working and thought it was compressor so found a company that would come out on Sunday. Spoke with tech and he was knowledgable and gave me a good deal of info. The after hours charge was high at $140.00 but it is a hot Sunday so the fee is what I expected maybe a bit more but they were one of few who would come out for an emergency. Ok perhaps no ac is no emergency but still. Lol Tech diagnosed the problem and it was a bad capacitor and he added freon but just a bit. Part cost was $215.00 or so and I researched the part and it only costs $40.00 new but I have zero experience with hvac and I am paying for their expertise plus they had the part etc. it costs what it costs and if you know about these things then yea it would be much less but it is less than a whole new system. I would call them again and there seems to be a wide variety of opinions on internet about that cost but they are a big company and I am paying for their expertise just like my clients pay for mine. <br />

Installers were prompt, professional. They took care, using drop cloths inside to avoid tracking dirt. <br /> The system did not work properly when initially installed, so the following Monday, a repair technician came and performed diagnosis and trouble shooting, in contact with manufacturer's rep. He was able to correct the problem and got the system operating. <br /> In addition, to address my concerns that the condenser unit might have been damaged, they subsequently replaced that part of the system to ensure reliability. <br /> I was very happy with their responsiveness to my concerns. <br /> I will use this company again. <br />

The "big boys" of AnnArbor, (rhymes with right) offered emergency service 2 days later. Last time I call them!!

The work was completed on time and at the agreed upon price.

Fixed our air conditioner on the same morning we called.  We left a message at 7 AM and they were there by 9 AM, repaired it and was gone by 10 AM. <br /> Very professional and fast. <br />

The furnace burner was not igniting properly. The gas valve was not functioning properly. There was a load popping noise coming from the valve as it was trying to open properly. I could see the through the burner view hole it took about tries before the burner would fire properly. I was this when I looked at the furnace. <br /> I called Robertson-Morrison Inc. and told them my problem. I told the the name of the valve and the part number. They scheduled a person to come out at 7:30am on 10-26. The tech was right on time. He came in, checked  the furnace and said the gas valve was bad. He gave me a quote of $640 to fix it. I said, ok. He said he would have to go back and get a valve. I asked him why he did not bring one because I told them when I called what the problem was. It took him 20 minutes to go back to the shop and get a valve. Remember this 20 minutes for later. He came back, replaced valve, wrote up the bill, whole job start to finish 1 hour 40 minutes. <br /> The valve and replacing it cost $557. I had checked on line prior to him coming out and would buy it for $175. I am sure they paid less for the valve than what I could get it for so they charged me about $400 for an hours work. I think that is very pricey. <br /> Back to the 20 minutes. <br /> On the work order sheet it said he was dispatched at 7:00am and arrived at 7:30am. Their shop is 3 miles up the road. It takes 5 minutes, tops. When he ran back to get the valve it took him a total of 20 minutes to go back and forth and get the valve. <br /> My opinion is they are way overpriced. <br />

They are delightful. They are reliable and very friendly and knowledgable. Their price is also reasonable.

The serviceman did an excellent job. He was very thorough (he was at our house for two hours) and provided me with a bill that included a detailed list of everything he had done. He walked me through what he did to modify the air distribution so I could make changes if needed. He recommended that we budget to replace our furnace and air conditioner in a couple of years as they are original to the home and very inefficient. I will definitely use them again.
