The price was higher than the average for my case but, he was very thorough with walking me through the process and explaining the costs.

Great company. They were at my door at exactly the time they said they would be. Explained everything that needed to be done in detail. Treated my floor without taking up any additional flooring. They returned to my home within two hours of the estimate given. Very good price. Very surprised by the warranty they gave me. They also saw some other issues with my bathroom exhaust fans and put on bird proof screens at no additional charge. Would recommend them 100 percent.

Mike came right on time and completed the job that day. He noticed dryer vent cover was missing and put one on for me. Since the plumbing in the bathroom was running in odd directions, he checked with my contractor on water lines before drilling in the bathroom. Very pleased with the level of customer service.

Mike is the best. We used him for termites in our house as a result of a contractor issue (nail in a water line). He showed promptly and made repeated visits (4) to our house to ensure the termites were all dead. Mike then provided us with a letter stating the contractor issue which caused the termites we used this letter to make the contractor repair the damage. Price was fair and service is great.

Mike is very knowledgeable. Noticed other damage missed by Orkin. He uses same chemicals as Orkin but at a reasonable price. Also offers extended warranty as part of service. Definitely call him for a bid and compare to someone else. Would use him again and recommend to anyone.

I was remodeling my bathroom and found a mud pile forming on the ceiling, within 30 minutes of finding Mike on Home Advisor he was here quoted price and did the job that afternoon. Was great to deal with Mike and I would recommend him to everyone..

So far, I thoroughly trust this company. Hopefully, our termite and critter problem will decline in the days to come!

Robertson Pest responded quickly to my request for service. A varmit chewed a hole in our siding and accessed the crawlspace between the roof and ceiling (not really an attic) and had been stomping around for nearly a month. Even though the weather was cold and drizzling, the service representative closed up the hole with metal flashing. We did not hear any more noise after that. So, it appears we were fortunate enough that the critter was not in the hole at the time the hole was covered. However, I am sure that had the critter been in the hole prior to the hole being blocked that Robertson Pest would have gotten it out somehow.

These guys did a great job and were very nice and had a fair price. I did have to wait several days to get a visit scheduled after I contacted them - just caught them at a busy time, I guess.

Mike Robertson was the first pro to contact me & he came out right away to look at my "attic rats" problem and give me an estimate for removal, cleanup, decontaminate & deodorizing sprays and is still monitoring the traps that were plut in place in the 2 attic spaces. He charged me very close to his estimate, which was a fraction of the other 9 estimates I had received. They did an exceptional job - I could not be more pleased. Additionally, termites were located during the time he was here & he treated for that problem as well. Great service - great price and I recommend his company to anyone with pest problems.
