In the early spring of 2017 it developed a significant leak in a valley with northwestern exposure. After calling someone came to look and told me the repair was a larger one that would take more scheduled time but no one ever came back. By July the 3rd, another very strong rain and wind storm caused the same significant leaking in the house. Numerous calls to Roca Roofing were not answered despite leaving more than a half-dozen voice mails email queries. This company may have gone out of business though their website claims great workmanship and support. Believe this now to be a fly-by-night company instead of a true Oklahoma City-based contractor. I paid a premium price for my roof replacement that leaks and no one will respond to my need for the roof warranty work that was promised. If you happen on this company, be very, very wary! Since I found them on Angie's List I assume I'd found a solid contractor--was I wrong!

Fantastic. Booked only a week out from the call. Large professional crew arrived and did the entire roof in 7 hours. Clean up was complete. I didn't find so much as a nail. Payment was only requested after the job was done and I told them I was happy with the result. There were no hidden charges or BS. I wrote the check out for the exact amount on the estimate. Jerry's estimate came in from 1000 to 7000 dollars less than the other 5 estimates I got from Angie's list vendors. He's friendly, local, and great. No deficits to report.

Blake Zientkowski with ROCA was the general contractor for the repair of the hail and wind damage to our home. Blake is very very thorough, knowledgeable and he is a great communicator. He worked with our insurance company to get us a very fair and complete estimate. We would use Blake again. I would ask him to be somewhat more visible on location during the work process. <br />

It worked out pretty good. The only problem I had with it was getting there. Once he got there, everything was fine. He didn't come the first time. He couldn't make it. It was just a few things that I noticed before I sold my house. I didn't have time to do it myself. It was not a difficult job. The price was what I agreed. They did a good job. The quality was good. If I was there, I would use them again.

<strong>Chris</strong> my sales person (405.203.7008) went <strong>ABOVE & BEYOND TAKING CARE OF ME!</strong> <br /> Chris & Jerry made me feel like I was someone they've known for years. They were honest, straight-forward, worked with me on paint color choices, helped me pick-out new shingle colors and did everything they could to make sure this was a great experience. They met with my insurance adjuster, provided paperwork my mortgage company needed and had the work done quickly and efficiently. <strong>WOW they transformed my house! It is beautiful! </strong>The shingles are perfect with my brick and the color choices Chris helped me choose made my house pop on the street. I was worried about how the guttering would be placed on my home because some neighbors gutters are not attractive and standout in a bad way. Chris was very helpful in explaining how they would make sure it looked seamless. <br /> I want to highly recommend this company if you are looking for any services: gutters, construction, roofing, anything call them first. <strong>YOU CAN DEFINITELY TELL THE HOUSES IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD THAT USED ROCA ROOFING</strong>, they all are very beautiful. Roca roofing just replaced my roof and did a VERY good job. Jerry Roca helped me <br /> with the Insurance claim and that was wonderful, he made sure that I got all that I was entitled too. He did a great job on <br /> my roof. I can't recommend him enough. I would refer anyone to Roca roofing. They're good people. <br />

The service worked out good. They came out and did their job. The first day, I think we had to reschedule, but once they started working, they were right on-time, got it done, and they cleaned-up after themselves. I did ask them a question to see about something else and they never got back to me about that. So, they never did a follow-up once they had completed their job. I guess they just moved on and I had two more small jobs I thought he could handle, but he never came back to follow-up on those. The price was a really good price. It was a special so it was not their normal price. It looks good.

They did a fine job but they were not able to solve one of the problems that I needed solved with my gutters. The first guy that came out was really arrogant and rude to my husband. The next guy they sent out to finish the job was really nice and wonderful. The scheduling was good and the cleanup was good.
