We had a scheduled technician to install two laundry pedestals. The technician walked into the house, looked at the two boxes, and told us that he could not complete the job. He proceeded to walk out of the house, mark the job as complete and charged us $202.68. We have filed a fraud claim with Bank of America and expect an immediate refund.
