Wood Fence - Install
Untrustworthy. Unreliable. Poor craftsmanship and very poor attention to details. We last saw Austin 16 months ago and the fence project at our house is still incomplete. Were left with fence gates that do not function, fence panels that have not been fully secured, elevation gaps in the fence that they said would be addressed (which our dog can get through), and materials and tools left behind. After being told multiple reasons why they could not come, Austin is now not responding to messages. They have complete payment and we do not have a completed job.

Vinyl or PVC Fence - Repair

We hired Irishmen for Vinyl Gate and Fence repair. After many months of no-shows and rescheduling, the final gate was installed but unsatisfactorily (not square and mechanically unsound). Upon my inspection, I called Austin who promised that they would be out to replace the shoddy gate and that all of their work is guaranteed for 5 years. Over the course of the next 6 or so weeks, I was promised that the matter would be resolved within the next 12 days. After no further communications, I asked for a refund of the material cost so that could hire someone to replace the work. All of my text messages and phone calls have gone unreturned.
