Rocket Construction replaced our shaker roof with a composite roof. We met with Matt and went through all of our choices and once we were ready to move forward they got us on the schedule. The crew that he sent to do the work was so friendly and hard working. We enjoyed chatting a bit with them each day. They worked diligently each day and got the job done quickly. They arrived promptly each morning and picked up each evening before heading out. Matt came by the day after everything was finished up to check the work himself and to see if we had any questions or concerns and to be sure we were satisfied. He is a genuinely nice guy who cares about his customer service. We would highly recommend them to others, and in fact already have! <br />

Their roofing expert and a helper worked this in during some very cold winter weather, and had the entire job done in about a week.  They obviously knew their craft.  Rocket threw in a modest winter discount to get the job. We were impressed from the beginning with their grasp of the problem and suggestions for correction, and are happy with the results. We will gladly hire Rocket for additional fix-ups. <br />

Contractor was very responsive to come and give me a detailed estimate and tell me exactly what to expect.  They showed me the product info, etc....  When the installers came, they worked hard and efficiently and did a great job.  We are happy with the service, <br /> and windows.  I've already recommended  them to someone else.  They also followed up with me and filled out my energy tax credit paperwork for me.  Thanks, Mark Powers

My experience was great.  Upon initial visit Rocket Construction performed a comprehensive inspection of the roof and attic noting all issues and work to be done.  We sat down and they explained in detail my options and costs for the new roof work.  They were very friendly, knowledgable and professional.  I was able to confidently choose the work to be done and roof style/materials from our conversation.  There was no pressure to "sell me up" on work I did not need (we were able to re-roof the house without stripping off the old roof which saved considerable money). A week later their work crew was at my house and completed the entire roof in one day.  The owners stopped by twice to check on the work and the cleanup afterwards was good.They even offer a visit after one year to inspect the roof and clean it of any accumulated moss and debris. <br />

It was very good. They were really expensive but the quality is good.    

Great,  They were very quick done in half a day.  They were very nice and helpful and made sure that all details were covered. <br /> Matt also returned with the forms to send to energy trust for tax credit.  He didn't have to go above and beyond, but t was much appreciated. <br /> They left no mess at all which was quite nice too. <br /> I have already referred them to many friends and neighbors and would use them again. <br />

Excellent. Thanks Matt and Matt! They delivered on everything they promised and then some. Installation was done quickly, they cleaned up after themselves and were even really great with our dog who was home during install while we were at work. They followed up with us to make sure we were completely satisfied. Which we were! Now that we have finished up our painting the house looks new again. <br />

Extremely Sloppy, zero experience and overpriced.  <br /> We tried to work with Matt Downey and Matt Lively for a full month but unfortunately we have now had to file a complaint with the CCB.

It went very well. Matt Downey and Matt Lively are the owners of the company, and their knowledge of different available window/door products was very helpful when we were deciding which would be the best for our house. Matt and Matt bring samples of the window/door frames and windows so that you can see how they are constructed. That makes it a lot easier to decide which way to go. After our initial meeting, We met the two Matts at the Alside warehouse so that we could see an actual installed window in the showroom. That really helped us to make our choice. <br /> The installation occurred on a Saturday and Sunday. The crew arrived right on time and began work immediately. They worked until 5 p.m. on Saturday and returned at 9 a.m. Sunday, finishing by 3 p.m. The crew was very friendly and they didn't mind my watching how they did their work. They put tarps down in the house to protect the floors. The installation was very quick; we didn't expect that it would be done so fast. After installation was complete, they dusted the work area, vacuumed around the work area, and removed all the scrap from the installation and the old windows and door. <br /> If we ever need windows again, we're going with Rocket Construction LLC of Portland. <br />
