I strongly recommend not hiring Mr. Duane Albaugh or his company Rocket Design and Structure LLC. In short, he is unprofessional and untrustworthy. He failed to complete contracted work and would not refund me for previously paid for parts and labor. I gave him ample time (five months) to make amends for his poor business practice either through finishing the work he promised to do or by refunding a portion of what I paid him. He did neither. For your sake find someone else to hire.

I had an excellent experience working with this company. I needed the wood porch rails replaced due to age. Duane came out on a Sunday, wrote up a quote the same day and was able to start work the following week. Although there was a delay in getting the vinyl to replace the wood it was worth the wait. The workmanship is excellent. The work area was left clean and free of any debris.

Rocket Design built our fence several years ago. He was professional, efficient and did the job quick. We were so pleased with our fence we hired him again to build a small front porch deck. They both look as good now as they did years ago when we had them built. Definitely recommend and happy with the work!
