The tech did good work but I was overcharged badly. I did the 19dollar rocket deal but it was ignored and I was charged $220. I called the office but they were 'you are out of luck'. never use these folks.

"$19 is just a service fee to come out, it says so clearly, it does not include any parts and labor. I do not have any info so I can not check specifics of your job, however 220 is a perfectly acceptable price, even a good price to install new locks from scratch. feel free to contact us and ask for a claim form if you think you were over charged and we will look into it."

My experience with this lock company did not go well at all. First when you call they quoted me 20.00 and 29.00 to change each lock. I accepted the quote and the technician came out. After he set up in my house he changed the price. They said they quote you the lowest price but they don't guaranteed you that price. The tech charged me 49.00 to change the inside of each lock. Plus they were old locks and they took my locks because the technicians said they recycle the locks. So I can't tell you who old locks are in my rental property and who has my old rental locks in there house. So I'm telling you DO NOT EVEN CALL this company if you want to be secure.

Wonderful. Returned my call shortly after I reached out through Angie's List, came out that same day (a Sunday no less!), and had the work completed with in short amount of time. Replacing a door knob and dead bolt sounds like an easy proposition, but this really wasn't. I had tried and failed several times finding hardware that would work in the undersized holes and decided I needed to use a professional. Good decision.

They are friendly, low key, no pressure staff, he assess the situation, he gave me various of options and several choices, they did what I asked and didn't charge me extra. The service was great and great assistance. I will recommend them to others.
