Unfortunately this is not the review I wanted to leave for this company. However they left us no choice as they abandoned our project 90% done due to having other obligations that they made priority over our project. This is extremely frustrating as the quality of work is A+ but the manor and customer service is F. We were told the job was going to take 2 and a half weeks to complete. This was not the case once the job started as start times were late and days ended early. We did change some things throughout the project that extended the length of time but always were we told shorter times for completion than what was actually panning out. The job site was always left a mess as we were constantly cleaning up their trash and bottles that were left. There would be days that they wouldn't show up without word as to why. They randomly didn't show up one day and the reasoning was because they had another project they started work on. It was said they were going to be gone for a week, but that was 4 weeks ago. It's extremely hard to get them to pick up the phone. Conversations are always through texts and at times days will go by without a response. Our project was left without a date knowing when they would return and the acknowledgement that if we needed to get someone else to finish the work, it was understood. This is extremely unprofessional and infuriating! We shouldn't have to find someone else to finish what they started. This project was time sensitive as well as it was to be the new home for our dogs and it was also promised that it was going to be done long before winter arrived. They over sold themselves and under preformed. We even had more jobs lined up for them as again the quality of work was everything but the unreliability and false promises is why this review has to be left. My dogs still don't have their home finished and are misplaced due to the stalling of them not showing up for 4 weeks. We have to bring legal action into this. Our project was a massive residential project that was THOUSANDS of dollars. They got 90% of their money as per their invoices, draws of the balance is to be taken as the project progresses. Because of this, we now feel that we aren't a priorty or worth their time to finish. That speaks volumes about their integrity. This is just point blank unacceptable and no one else should have to deal with this.

"The original project was estimated to take two weeks to complete. It doubled in size the first day there. Changes were made to this project almost daily, many of which we did not even charge for. We did not abandon the project, I let them know up front that commercial projects take precedence and needed two days to meet with engineers on an upcoming project, that was not good enough and they let us go even though we went above and beyond what any other contractor had done, or would do. We spent hours on design and 3D rendering changes alone not to mention repairing items completed by other contractors. This is a classic case of giving too much for free with the expectation that would be reciprocated when other things come up. We are a small business with one crew. Trucks and trailers need repaired and things happen beyond our control including the weather. We communicated well outside business hours including weekends and late evenings and nights and I do not feel there is anything further we could do to make them happy, as would several other contractors they hired and fired, agree."
