We recently had our water heater go out and needed a replacement asap. After shopping around we finally decided to go with Rockin V because of their straight forward no BS pricing. No haggling, no extras, no premiums just a simple set, out the door price. Bob showed up right on time as scheduled and went right to work. He took the time to explain the process along with preventative measures to ensure we get the maximum life out of our new unit. Once completed he left the area just like he found it, no excess material or trash laying around. He checked in to ensure we were happy with the install and made sure to answer any more questions we had. Will definitely be using their services in the future.

We met Bob shortly after moving to Texas when we had busted pipes. His courtesy and professionalism during a time when he could have easily taken advantage of a bad situation, showed that he cares about building a long-term relationship with his customers. We have continued to utilize him for all of our plumbing needs. The reason - he tells you what you need, why you need it and then fixes it correctly the first time. He also pays attention to the little details, like making sure that the caulk around the shower handles is installed neatly. You cannot go wrong with him. I highly recommend.
