You are embarrassed and desperate and you are also worried that they will also say you need treatment when you don’t…well to my surprise that didn’t happen!!! Ben was great!! He was pleasant and professional. He quickly diagnosed the situation and it turns out it wasn’t what I thought it was. He gave me other suggestions…I didn’t have to pay a dime!! So I will use them again if I continue to have issues or if I have other issues in the future. I will recommend them to others!!!

Steve was here, filled a couple of holes where carpenter bees had drilled. Sprayed exterior home and interior home for bugs, insects in preventive mode. Coming back every 3 months to repeat their services!

Reached out to Rock Pest Control on their website about a potential situation and within minutes I got a phone call from Ben who would be come and die a free inspection. He was knowledgeable, personable, and within a few minutes located the source of our problem. Made arrangements with Ben and set up an appointment for the next day. Great customer service and knowledgeable employees is a great combination. We will think of Rock Pest Control first with any new problems.

Technician Joe Cusic performed a nice work. He was very punctual, courteous, detail oriented and focused on finding solutions for the reported issue. I explained him about the ant infestation and treated the area and surrounding possible infestation sites very well. I would want him to visit the property again for next treatment.

Their knowledge and professionalism was just amazing! They were the only company that was actually able to get rid of the bed bugs and we used them for pest control as well. So thorough and I could not have done it with out them! They are the best!
