I contacted RSCG to put in a concrete patio because of the good rating i saw on Angie's list. I met with Phil McIntosh on 01/22/2025 and had a good discussion with him and received a quote for $5500. Phil mentioned that he had turned the business over to his son but got back in because his son had run into some problems. I verbally accepted the quote. At around 02/07 a Jeremy Hawkins from RSGC showed up to look at the job and immediately started to 'work" me for more money claiming that the site wasn't level and he needed $1000 more to do the job. This put me in a tough position, if I held them to the original quote I'd most likely get a "cut corners" job. Since I had received another quote in the $6000+ range I agreed to have him proceed. What a mistake: I paid more and got a job that I can only describe as fraudulent. They not only didn't do the work properly they didn't provide the material as specified in their quote and tore up my yard. My attempts to contact Phil McIntosh were unsuccessful. I have since "jack hammered" up the patio at my expense and time and have prepared a law suit against them.

It was a great experience. The work was in a timely manner. They kept me informed about the project. They are very professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves. Their price is very competitive and if posssible, an A+ for them, if possible.
